Liability Waiver
- Our insurance carrier requires each person who enters the property to sign a Liability Waiver.
- Each adult (persons 18 and older) must sign for themselves. Minors are required to have their parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf before accessing the canyon.
- Our waiver can be filled out onsite in the canyon or online at the link: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/593eda2c6470a/web/.
No Music Policy
- We have a strict NO MUSIC policy in the canyon. Most people visiting our property come to relax in nature and avoid music and other noises.
Quiet Time Policy
- Everyone in the canyon is required to maintain a strict Quiet Time policy starting at 9:00 pm. Many people go to bed early or have small children who go to bed early.
- As a result, in order to ensure everyone has a good sleep, we require that all loud talking and other noises stop at 9:00 pm.
Pricing Policy
- Each person entering the property must pay for our Canyon Access Pass for each night spent in the canyon. This includes all-day access to activities in the canyon (swimming in our spring-fed pool, crawdaddy, hiking, exploring, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and rock climbing).
- Canyon Access Pricing is $16.00 per person. There is no charge for children under 2.
- NOTE: Camping is an additional charge (see website for details).
Parking Policy
- The County and local fire department restrict how many vehicles are allowed in the canyon. As a result, only one vehicle is allowed for each campsite or picnic site reserved (based on availability).
Fire Policy
- Campers are only allowed to have fires if they are located in the provided fire rings at each campsite.
- We sell bundles of firewood. You can pay for firewood bundles onsite in the canyon.
- The Ultimate Campsite (#8) is the only site that allows for an open-flame fire because this fire pit is located against the cliffs.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is NOT allowed in the canyon, except in designated areas. We request that you go to the top of the canyon to smoke so it doesn’t disturb our non-smoking customers.
Alcohol Policy
- Yes, alcohol is allowed, yet only in certain areas. Alcohol is not allowed in the pool area. However, you may have it at your campsite/picnic site.
Children Policy
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
- Children aged 2 and under stay free
Pets/Animal Policy
- No animals, including dogs, may be brought into the Canyon, with the exception of ADA Service Animals.
- Please refer to the ADA FAQ page for details on what qualifies as a service animal.
- Note that “The ADA makes a distinction between psychiatric service animals and emotional support animals… if [a] dog’s mere presence provides comfort, that would not be considered a service animal under the ADA” and would not be permitted on the premise."
RVs and Trailers Policy
- The road down into our canyon is too steep for RVs and Trailers. We’ve had many people get stuck attempting to drive an RV or Trailer into the canyon. As a result, we don't allow them in the canyon. However, we have a designated area for RV/Trailer parking and camping.
- There is a fee of $35 per night for dry camping or parking in this area.
Catch & Release
- We are a Catch-and-Release property. We ask all our visitors to leave the crawdads in the river because they won’t survive outside their natural habitat in the river. As a result, we ask everyone to catch and release crawdads.
General Policy
- Our campground is located in an intimate setting. In order to ensure each visit has an enjoyable stay, we have implemented strict policies that must be followed to ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit.
- If you violate ANY of these policies in the canyon, you will be asked to leave and you will lose your entire deposit.
- You will also NOT receive a refund for anything else you have paid for.
- This is a very strict policy. Also, if other visitors complain about you, or anyone in your group, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
- Campsites include parking one vehicle in the canyon (based on availability).
- All campers are required to purchase a Canyon Access Pass for each day spent in the canyon.
- The road down into the canyon is fairly steep and many RVs/Trailers will bottom out and get stuck.
- It’s a difficult and timely process to get rigs out after getting stuck so please contact us to verify if your RV or Trailer will fit.
- We have an RV/trailer parking area at the top of the canyon available for a nightly reservation fee (no hookups). Please email us for more details.
- No open-flame fires allowed in the canyon (except in the Ultimate Campsite). We rent covered fire pits, which are required to be covered at all times with the included mesh cover.
- Each fire pit rental includes a 5-gallon bucket of water, which is required to be next to your fire pit at all times.Cancellation Policy
