Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm ONLY. - Check-Out: 11:00 am. - Arrival Time is 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. - Glamping check-in is after 3 PM. - Glamping check-out is before 11 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Cleanliness - The occupant is responsible for organizing and regular cleaning of the room, and we count on his/her cooperation in ensuring the cleanliness of the whole site. - Only biodegradable and environmentally friendly products are permitted for use on the property, including all cleansing products and soaps. - Clean as you go, share the space. - Outhouse for dirty water, keep the ground clean. - Shoes off, rental neat. Trees - It is forbidden to cut down or knock down trees, cut branches off, strip trees of their bark, or collect any wood on the property. - Trees are our friends, please treat them kindly. Firearms and Weapons - Fireworks, slingshots, air guns, and all other types of weapons are strictly forbidden within the campground. Fire Policy - Fire pits are not to be moved without permission. - No fires are to be left unattended. - Fires must be dead out at night or when leaving. - Fire permits are campers’ responsibility. - Fires safely out, BBQ off. - Fireworks of all kinds are strictly prohibited. - Campers who set off fireworks will be asked to leave the park immediately. Speed Limit - The speed limit for all vehicles is 10 km or as posted and must be adhered to. - Please remember to watch for children and grown-ups who may walk onto the road without looking first. Vehicle Policy - The driving of ATV motorcycles and other such vehicles is only permitted when entering and leaving the park Proof of insurance is necessary. Hunting - No hunting is allowed on the property. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times, accompanied by owners who stoop and scoop. - Limit of 2 pets. - Pets must be kept on a leash or tied at all times. - Occupants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - If you don’t have a pet litter bag, please ask us for one. - Picking up after your pet is mandatory. Boats - All boats must be assigned a spot before docking or beaching. - No beaching of boats or jet skis in the swimming area. Parking Policy - Parking of any vehicle is prohibited on the beach or beach access road. - Only vehicles that are unloading or launching are permitted in the beach area and then must be moved to designated parking. - One off-road vehicle may be parked at your campsite. - Ask us about parking for extra vehicles and boat trailers. Campground Sites - All occupants are asked to keep to their sites and public areas. - Be respectful and do not cut across other’s sites. - We must notify all Occupants that Provincial Law permits the consumption of alcoholic beverages on individual campsites only. - No Subletting is permitted. - No other persons other than the Names listed on the Room Registration can occupy the Glamping site. Damages - The Occupant agrees to pay the cost of all damage to the Resort’s property and the property of other Park tenants resulting either directly or indirectly from the Occupant’s negligence. - The Occupant further covenants to indemnify and save harmless the Park, its servants, agents, or employees against loss, costs, suit, or claim arising out of the use of the Park facilities or equipment. Quiet Hours - 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. - Occupants are expected to respect the rights of others and not be noisy after 11 p.m. - Keep music and voices at a reasonable level. - A rule of thumb is: if you can be heard more than 2 campsites away, you are probably annoying other campers. - Night time: Soft music only after 10. Park Disclaimer - The Park shall charge for damages caused or contributed to the Room or by the Occupant to any docks or property of the Park or any other person on the Park premises. - The Park shall not be liable for any claims arising out of the presence on, rental, occupancy, or use of the Park. - Management reserves the right to refuse admittance or refunds to undesirable persons and will ask such persons to leave the campground if necessary. - Management reserves the right to always access any room for inspection service and utility maintenance. - The owners and management, including employees, absolve themselves from all liability or responsibility for loss or injury by fire, theft, accident, or any cause, whether by negligence or otherwise. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Boats - No boat docking. - No charge for boat launching. Glamping Policy - Provide a $200 deposit for your stay when checking in. - The deposit will be returned to you a few days after your stay. - Bring linens, blankets, and pillows for your stay. - Pay a $20 pet fee if applicable. - Leave your structure clean and take your garbage to on-site garbage and recycling bins. - Make sure BBQ propane is turned off and the fire pit is properly extinguished. - Check that the water is shut off. - Check for your items and leave the place as you found it. Rental Cabins - Our rental Cabins are classified as housekeeping cabins. - This means that you are responsible for bringing your supplies. - If you carry eco-friendly products we highly recommend that you bring those with you. - We will provide you with eco-friendly body and dish soap. - Recommended items to make the most of your stay: - Bug repellent and sunscreen - Blankets - Towels - Wine opener - Indoor shoes - Food and drinks Camping Etiquette - Respect for other campers, their campsite, and their belongings is expected. - This expectation extends to your children and your visitors. - Walk on roadways, and don’t cut across other campsites. Drinking Water - Our water comes from a well (not the lake) and is filtered, treated, and tested regularly to ensure it is safe to drink from the tap at your campsite. Docks & Beach - We have private docks - not for boats. - For everyone’s safety, bicycles, scooters, and other vehicles are prohibited on the beach and docks. - Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. - Running on docks is dangerous to the runner and to other people on the dock. - Please remind your children to walk on the dock. Firewood - We sell Firewood at the Front Office. - Please be advised that there is no outside firewood allowed in the park. - Campfires are regulated by the fire department of North Frontenac, ON. Campfires - Each campsite and cabin has its firepit. - Fires should only be in the pit and never left unattended. Generators - Generators are NOT permitted on tent sites at any time. - In the event of a power outage, trailers in the main park may use a generator only during the day. Toilets & Showers - Our washroom and outhouse are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with paper, hand soap/hand sanitizer. - Each has fully enclosed stalls for your privacy. - We will provide you with eco-friendly hand soap. Showers - Our shower building has fully enclosed showers and toilet stalls for your privacy. Visitors - All Visitors must register with campground management before entering the premises. - Campers are responsible for the actions of their visitors. - The total of campers and visitors should never exceed 10 per campsite Visitor Day Pass (leaves before 8 pm) - $10/person Visitor Overnight - $10/adult - $5/child WIFI - Our rocky and forested location does not enable reliable wifi connectivity, but we are close to a 4G cellular tower and most campers find they can receive calls and use their cell phone data without issue. Food - Food inside, trash out! - Secure food, and personal items inside. Water and Electricity - Power up wisely, no electrical overloads. - Water off when not in use. Illegal Activities - Public places are alcohol-free, let's have fun responsibly! - Keep it neat, no smoking in your rental. - Respect the park, have a blast! Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
