Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in begins at 1 pm and runs until 8 pm.
- Check-out is by 11 am.
- After-hours check-ins are available by scheduled appointment and must be set up prior to quiet hours at 10 pm.
- We do not offer any check-ins after 10 pm.
- Gates close at 10 pm.
- Please make note of your reservation space number and location on the map, prior to arrival.
- Leave no trace.
- Please make sure your campsite is clear of all trash and debris.
- Late check-out may be available (depending on the next reservation) for $10/hr.
- You must get pre-approval for late check out 1 day before departure, by calling the camp host.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet Hours
- 10 PM – 8 AM.
- Please allow others to get a good night’s sleep.
Speed Limit
- Do not exceed 6 MPH.
- Repeat offenders will be asked to leave the campground.
- You are responsible for your guests.
Children & Safety
- For safety, children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children using the bathhouses, bark park, and nature areas must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Children age 12 and under stay free.
RV Campers
- Six (6) people maximum per campsite. Rates include 2 adult campers.
- Additional adult (18+) campers are $5 per night.
- No tents on campgrounds.
- Generators and Tarps are not permitted.
- Pop-up campers or any RV without standard full hookup restroom facilities may not stay for more than 7 days for sanitary reasons.
Parking and Vehicles
- You may have 1 vehicle parked at your site.
- Parked vehicles must be fully off the road and within your site.
- Overflow parking for vehicles is available in designated areas, please coordinate with management.
- All vehicles must be registered and insured, be roadworthy, and be driven on the roadways only.
- No speeding, reckless, or drunk driving.
- Obey standard traffic rules. (6 MPH).
- And, do not drive on the grass.
- Again, only 1 vehicle is allowed per site.
Boats and Trailers
- Boats and trailers are prohibited at The Park on Whiskey due to lack of space.
- However, they can be stored at Willow Park Marina (918) 782-7137, a few miles away.
Pets
- Pets are welcome.
- No more than 2 pets are allowed per campsite for nightly guests.
- Pets must be leashed and with a human at all times outside.
- Aggressive and/or excessively loud dogs will be asked to leave.
- We’re sorry, but Pit Bulls and Dobermans are prohibited.
- Always clean up after your pet.
- Pets are prohibited in bathrooms.
- No dog pens, or pet fencing of any type. $25 Fine for any violations.
Fires Rings
- Fire rings are included and must be attended at all times.
- Do not move fire rings.
- Do not burn trash or leave trash in the fire rings.
- Do not bring firewood that could contain bugs.
- Firewood is available for purchase on-site
Trash
- Follow the golden rule of camping and leave your site cleaner than you found it.
- We do not have site trash pickup.
- Place your trash in the dumpster provided on the campground.
- The dumpster is for household trash only.
- Items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, etc are NOT permitted in the dumpsters.
- $100 fine for any violations.
Restrooms, Laundry, Septic System
- Leave the area clean & notify management if disorderly or requires maintenance.
- Dish, pet, and clothes washing in the restrooms is prohibited for sanitary reasons.
- Laundry machines will be available in designated laundry facilities area.
- Don’t forget to bring detergent pods and clean the lint filter after every load.
Septic System
- Use only RV toilet paper and bio-degradable septic treatment.
- Do Not flush feminine products of any kind.
- Do Not flush baby wipes or “flush-able” wipes – they are not bio-degradable and will clog our sewer system which will affect everyone and can cause sewer blockages throughout the entire campground.
- DO NOT use garbage disposals.
Clotheslines
- Permitted for the temporary drying of towels & swimwear only.
- Must be attached to camper. Do not attach to trees.
Wildlife & Wilderness
- Be aware there could be deer, foxes, coyotes, etc on the campground from neighboring pastures and woods.
- Do not harm wildlife.
- Please respect the natural areas.
- No trees, bushes, or plants, are to be cut, removed, defaced, damaged, or injured in any way.
- Do not tie, nail, or screw anything to trees.
Alcohol and Drugs Policy
- Please drink responsibly.
- Illegal drugs, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and use of profane language will not be tolerated.
- Violation is grounds for your immediate ejection.
- This is a private park and your safety is important to us.
- Please notify the office if others will be visiting your site, and provide their names and vehicle information.
Firearms Policy
- OK & Federal law enables the carry of legally registered firearms and we generally encourage you to legally ensure your personal protection.
- The use of firearms, BB guns, slingshots, and fireworks are prohibited within our campground.
Please respect others.
- Do not enter or walk through the sites of others unless invited.
- Keep your possessions and vehicles on your own site.
- Do not crowd or encroach on other sites (whether vacant or occupied) or on the “green space” or breathing room between sites.
- Keep personal belongings concealed, especially when not present.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- No solicitation.
Policies, Rates, and/or Sites are subject to change at any time.
- We reserve the right to enter any site at any time.
- We are not responsible for damages, injury, or loss by accident, weather-related damage, theft, or fire to the RV or property of any guest.
- We reserve the right to refuse service and to decline to allow a space to be occupied. The registered guest is the “responsible party” and is accountable for the actions of all family members and visitors.
- We reserve the right to eject any guest, without refund of rent or deposit, for Unpaid campsite fees, Violation of any rules/policies, Repeated speeding violations, Verbal or physical threats/actions from any guest or visitor to another guest, visitor, employee, or management, Deliberate damage or destruction of property belonging to The Park on Whiskey Road, other guest or visitor.
Photography
- The Park on Whiskey uses on-site candid photography for advertisements and promotions.
- Entrance onto this property constitutes permission to be photographed while on the premises and for any resulting photos to be used by The Park on Whiskey for lawful purposes without compensation or notification to the guest.Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellations Policy
- Reservations canceled 22 days or more from the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund, less the $40 cancellation fee, plus any credit card fees.
- Reservations canceled 21 days or less from the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. However, you will be issued a credit for a stay, at another time, within the calendar year of the original booking.
- All holiday and special event reservations are non-refundable.
- Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, we do not give refunds due to sand, trees, the discomfort of nature, inclement or pending weather, illness, work schedules, dislike of your neighbors, or change of mind about staying.
- Additionally, we do not provide refunds/prorations for early guest departure, whether by choice or due to eviction for violations of park policies.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
