Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is anytime after 2 PM.
- Early check-in may be possible if scheduled in advance.
- Guests arriving before check-in time, not scheduled in advance, may be required to wait until the previous guest departs before pulling into their scheduled site.
- There is no guarantee that another site will be vacant for you if you arrive early.
- Late Check-ins (after 5 PM) please stop by the Self-Registration Box outside the office for park maps, rules final site assignment, and other important information.
- All guests and visitors must check in at the office before entering the Park.
- Please report to the office during business houses for parking passes.
- Check-Out Time by 12 pm.
- Late Check-Out is $25.
- All late checkouts must be approved in advance to ensure there are no reservation conflicts.
- Arrival time is at 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
- Arrivals before 2 PM will be assessed a $20 Early Check-In fee.
- Additional RV Site Fees for Late Check-Out: (an extra 2 hours, if the site is available) $10.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Children Policy
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
Pet Policy
- We are a pet-friendly park!
- Owners must pick up after their pets every time.
- Dogs must be on a leash, no more than 6 ft long, and under the control of their owner.
- Persons under the age of 14 are not to walk dogs without the supervision of an adult.
- Noisy and/or Aggressive dogs may be asked to leave.
- For your dog's safety they are not to be left unattended outside.
- For your dog's safety they are not to be left outside overnight.
- Dogs are not permitted in the office, or any other building, including laundry restrooms, or the pool.
- Properly certified service animals are excluded.
- No washing dogs in our restrooms.
- The rules for our dog park are posted at the dog park.
- We understand that some of our four-legged guests like to voice an opinion from time to time.
- However, if your fur baby likes to talk constantly, please don't leave them tied up outside.
- It's inconsiderate of our other guests who want to relax.
- Do not leave your dogs in your rigs all day when you are not here. Especially in the summer.
- We have occasional power outages.
- Dangerous breeds of animals will not be allowed. In the case of dogs, dangerous breeds include but are not limited to Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Wolf-hybrids, and Pit Bulls.
- This applies to both full and partial-breed dogs.
- Management’s decision as to whether any dog is a dangerous breed is final and conclusive.
- Pets must weigh under 200 pounds
- All fur babies of every shape and size are welcome.
- Arizona is a "Leash Law" state, which requires that all dogs outside of their homes be on a leash.
- They may be released from their leashes while in our Dog Park.
- Dogs must be penned or tethered when outside and may not be left unattended.
- Dog owners are responsible for picking up ALL dog waste from their site and dog park areas.
- Please keep in mind ground gets very hot, so please be mindful of pets' paws.
- We do not allow pets in our rental units unless specifically approved, before a stay, by the Park Manager and a non-refundable pet fee is paid for cleaning and sanitation.
- This fee is paid upon check-in.
Wild Animals
- Welcome to Arizona! We have a wide variety of wildlife including skunks, snakes, scorpions, and coyotes.
- Never walk barefoot in the park, especially in the summer months.
- Carry a flashlight or lantern when walking at night.
- Be aware of your surroundings.
- Our critters like to hide.
- Do not approach any wild animal.
- They will attack when they feel threatened.
- Do not feed the wildlife
- Do not feed stray cats or dogs.
- It makes it harder for us to get them back home and our closest Animal Control Center is over an hour away.
- Ensure all trash and recycling are placed in our trashcans and/or dumpsters, do not leave any trash outside your unit.
Site Assignments
- Site assignments are not guaranteed.
- We will do our best to satisfy requests, but all site assignments are subject to change, as needed, to include all requested reservations.
- Arriving guests must check with the office, or the Arrivals Board outside the office door, if after hours, for their final site assignments.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Excessively loud music or noise disruptive to other campers is not permitted at any time.
Office Hours
- Office Hours are seven days a week 8 am to 5 pm (MST).
Facilities
- All facilities are used at your own risk.
- Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older to use the facilities, including but not limited to the pool, recreation room, beaches, and boat docks.
Vehicle Policy
- Do not drive through empty spaces.
- Do not block vacant lots.
- Do not block the boat ramp.
- Vehicle parking is available at each site.
- 40 ft per back-in and 60 ft per pull-through vehicles must register in the office and obtain a mirror hanger Parking Pass for identification.
- Vehicles without Parking passes may/will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- All vehicles not attached to your RV must be parked in your assigned space, not on the pavement.
- This includes ATVs, boats, extra vehicles, etc.
- We have additional parking if needed.
- You must come to the office for more information.
Speed Limit
- The speed limit is 5 mph throughout the park.
Fireworks
- The site rate includes up to six people. Additional adults are $10, and persons under 18 are $5.
- Self-standing clothes racks are permitted for pool towels and bathing suits only
- Portable fire pits are not allowed at individual sites/spaces. Fire pits are provided on the beach area.
- No fireworks.
- Picnic tables are first come, first served and may be moved from a vacant site.
- Please, no more than one table per site.
Fire Policy
- No fire should ever be left unattended
- Guest will obey local fire codes, and refrain from burning fires in periods of high winds
- Do not use fire rings as a trash pit, please use trashcans and dumpsters provided.
- When using the fire rings, Keep an eye on your fire!
- Portable fire pits are not allowed at individual spaces/sites.
Guests
- Our resort is private and not open for day use.
- Anyone using our amenities must be a registered guest.
- Visitors of registered guests are welcome not to exceed the total space/site limit of 6 persons.
Alcoholic Beverages
- No glass containers in any of the public areas of the park.
- Please report any broken glass at your site so that we may ensure thorough cleanup before the next guest arrives.
Pool Policy
- There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
- Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
- No Pets at the pool
- No smoking at the pool
- Hours of operation are posted at the pool
- Proper swimming attire should be worn, no cut-off shorts or street clothes
- All guests must shower before entering the pool, to remove bodily oils
- Babies are required to wear a swim diaper
- No pushing, running, or boisterous play
- No glass
Laundry
- Washers and dryers are located in the Laundry Room
- The Laundry Room is open 24 hours.
- Please be respectful of other guests in the park who may be sleeping and keep excess noise to a minimum.
- Animals are not permitted in the Laundry Room
- No animal laundry including pet blankets, pet beds, or pet outfits in our machines
- Laundry should not be left unattended. The Palms at River Edge is not responsible for lost, stolen, moved, or damaged laundry.
Sewer
- Our sewer system is a septic system and can not handle baby wipes, paper towels, or sanitary napkins, please ensure these items are put into the trash.
- Do not pour ANY chemicals or grease down the toilets.
- It disrupts the careful balance of enzymes that we use to maintain our system.
- Sewer hookups are located at all sites.
Smoking Policy
- No smoking in the pool area or inside any common building.
- There are designated smoking areas throughout the park.
- All cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly.
- Do not drop them on the ground or leave them in the fire pits or the grass at your site.
Deposit
- Stays over 30 days in an RV site require a $150.00 deposit.
Initial Deposit
- At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected.
- Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.
Credit Card Security
- Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
