Efficient and Professional Staff! All were happy to help with whatever was needed! Park/Grounds were Secure, Clean and very well maintained!! If we are in this area again.. we will stay at Blue Canoe! Highly recommended!

Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RVs & Tents: Check-in time is 1 pm. - RVs & Tents: Check-out time is 11 a.m. - Cabins: check-in time is 4 pm. - Cabins: check-out time is 11 a.m. - Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome page outlining all of the resort policies. - Please be familiar with these once here and reach out to our team with any questions. - Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the aforementioned Rules and Regulations. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. AGE REQUIREMENT - Must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. DAMAGES + FEES - If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. EARLY DEPARTURES - We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures. RV Regulations - One habitable and one non-habitable vehicle are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the site. - Please do not park on the grass or along the roadways. - Extra vehicles may be allowed on a space available basis at an additional fee of $5.00 per vehicle per night. - All vehicles must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. - Working on vehicles is prohibited. - Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license. - RV’s must be 15 years or newer, in excellent condition, and RVIA certified. - Each RV is subject to management approval. - Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. - No more than one RV is allowed per site. - Rates include four (4) people, each additional person over the age of six (6) is $5 per person per night. - Maximum of six (6) people per reservation. - Rates include two (2) vehicles. - Additional vehicle parking may be available, please inquire with the resort. - 1 RV allowed per campsite. - 2 Tents allowed per tent site. SECURITY - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables and bikes locked up. Pets Policy - All well-behaved pets are welcome at the campground. - Pets must be leashed at all times. - Please do not leave a pet tied or unattended outside. - Please clean up after your pets at all times. - Pet waste bags are available for purchase in the store. - Pets are not permitted in the pool area. - Non-aggressive pets are welcome in the campground and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. - Pets must be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times and under the control of their owner. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Guests are responsible for “cleaning up” after their pets. - All pet dropping must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle or collection area. - Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations. - Pets are prohibited in park buildings, including restrooms and playgrounds. - Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed. - Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. - The park is not responsible for and will hold accountable the pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). - In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. - Pets are allowed in specific cabins for a fee. Pets must be declared at the time of reservation. SITE AMENITIES - Please report any issues with your site to the Front Desk. Sewer - All sewer connections must have an airtight seal as required by State and federal law. Electric - Plug your RV power cord in firmly with no space between the plug and the chosen receptacle. - Turn on the appropriate power breaker after the plug has been inserted. - When departing, turn the power breaker off before disconnecting your plug from the receptacle. Water - We recommend the use of a water pressure regulator. Refuse: - Please leave your trash in a tied bag at the end of your site before 6 PM for pickup. - Make sure no additional debris is left in the fire pit. - Please do not leave refuse out overnight or in an open container to avoid wildlife interaction. Fire Pits - Never leave a campfire unattended and fully extinguish campfires when you are done enjoying them. - Please do not move the fire rings. - If you move a picnic table, please return it to its original location. - Please do not use portable grills on the picnic table without protecting the table from heat and food splatter. Flags - Current nations, states, provenances, sports teams, military, and college affiliations are permitted. - No other flags are permitted including political parties, confederate flags, or flags containing profanity. - FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED. NATURE: - Please do not cut, trim, or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the park. - As we try to be good neighbors to our wildlife, please do not approach or feed the animals. Fire - FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS are PROHIBITED. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am. CODE OF CONDUCT - Please keep your campsite tidy and litter-free. - Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and compliance with park rules. - Please be courteous to other guests around you and do not walk through other campsites. - Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. - Profanity, violence, or inconsiderate towards other guests and/or park personnel will not be tolerated. Speed Limit - The Speed Limit is 5 mph. THE FINE PRINT - By placing a reservation, you agree to read and abide by all resort policies as they are presented herein and upon arrival to the resort. - There is a $5.00 non-refundable online booking fee per reservation. Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
