Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 3 p.m. - Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - Cabin check-in is at 3:00 PM. - Cabin checkout is no later than 11:00 AM. - If arriving after 9:00 PM, you must call prior to 9:00 PM for late check-in instruction. - The remaining balance is due at check-in. - Campers must check in with Campground staff at the office. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campsites - Camping is permitted in designated sites only. - May have a small, additional tent in electric sites if being used by minor children camping with their parents. - A responsible person 18 years of age or older must register for the site. Vehicle Policy - No more than one vehicle and one tent per site in the rustic sites. - No more than two vehicles in electric sites. Occupancy - No more than six individuals are allowed per campsite. Fire Policy - Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits only. - Fireworks are permitted at any time. Pet Friendly - Pets, on a leash up to six feet long are permitted in the campground. - Please pick up after your pet's toileting needs. - No pets in the shower house Weapons - Discharge of firearms, air guns, slingshots, or arrows is not permitted in campground boundaries. Quiet Time - Quiet time is observed after 10:00 PM, with the exception of July 4th, which is 12:00 AM. - Radios, generators, or other amplified devices may not be used in a manner that creates excessive noise. Booking Policy - While we do everything possible to keep rodents away, it is possible you will see insects, mice, wildlife, dirt, and sand. Cabin Policy - Maximum occupancy is posted in each cabin and on the Cabin Rental page on our website. - No overnight guests above the occupancy limit. - Failure to comply can result in removal from the cabin with no refund given. Noise Policy - No house parties with outside guests permitted. - Quiet time is observed after 10:00 PM, with the exception of the 4th of July which is 12:00 A.M. Pet Policy - We know our guests are dog lovers and can’t imagine a vacation without them. - Up to two dogs per cabin, with a pet fee of $10 per dog, per night will be allowed. - We ask that your dog be housebroken and well-mannered. - If your dog is a barker, please do not leave him/her unattended in the cabin, this is very disturbing to other guests trying to enjoy the outdoors. - If your dog is wet, we ask you to do your best to dry him/her off before letting them inside. - We ask you to please keep dogs off the beds and furniture. - Please pick up after your dog’s toileting needs. - We want you and you dog to have a memorable stay with us so we ask that you follow these simple rules. Internet Policy - Free wi-fi where available. Damages Policy - All guests are responsible for any damages to the premises during the stay. - A credit card will be kept on file until the property has been inspected after departure. Smoking Policy - Please, no smoking inside the cabins, bungalows, or campers. - Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 charge. - Thank you for being considerate of future guests. Cleanliness - We ask that you leave the cabin in a clean and tidy state. - Please have all dishes washed. - All garbage must be hauled to the dumpster. - All leftover food items must be removed from the cabin.

Cancellation Policy

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
