Camp-House & RV Rentals

- Each guest must check in at the front office upon arrival.
- All guests will be escorted to their site after check-in during business hours.
- All after-hours arrivals MUST check in at the office by 10:00 am the following day.
- Reservations will not be held after 11:00 am on the morning AFTER the scheduled arrival date, and the site will be released with no refund issued.
Holiday and weekend reservations
- A 2-night minimum is required during the weekends and a 3-night minimum is required for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day reservations.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Site locations & RV specifications
- Campers are responsible for the cleanliness of their campsite.
- Portable or inflatable swimming pools, clotheslines, fireworks, and tents are prohibited.
- Site numbers are subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid with your reservation.
- Tents/Pop-up campers/truck campers are not allowed.
- Only one camping unit is allowed at the designated campsite.
- All RVs must be self-contained (have a bathroom and tank system for holding water) to occupy a site.
- All RVs over 10 years old must have prior approval before the reservation will be accepted.
- Current photos of all four sides of the unit can be sent via email to info@stillwaterrvresort.com.
- Approval is at the discretion of management.
- The following are examples of unacceptable RV exterior conditions (including but not limited to):
- Excessive faded paint and or decals.
- Dents and noticeable other damage.
- Torn or ripped awnings.
- Nonfactory equipped AC units. (Window units)
- Excessive rust and or dirt.
Permitted occupants & wristbands
- Reservation includes 4 guests per site; there will be an additional fee of $10 per person, per night for the entirety of the reservation date. Maximum 8 guests per site.
- Campsite must be reserved and occupied by a person 21 years of age or older.
- Parent/Legal Guardians are responsible for all children under the age of 16 at all times.
- While on resort property, assigned individual wristbands are required to be worn by registered guests at all times, with no exceptions.
- Outside guests (anyone not part of the initial reservation and overnight stay) are not allowed within Stillwater RV Resort.
- We do not offer day passes to the public.
Amenities & Facilities
- Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal and weather-dependent basis and may have limited hours during the spring and fall.
- We reserve the right to close any facilities at our discretion without prior notice.
- Please refer to posted rules and regulations throughout the property for additional information on our amenities.
- Specific locations require guests to display their property-issued wristbands to access amenities.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed at pools/lazy rivers.
- Glass containers are strictly prohibited within common areas of the resort.
- Swimming in any water other than the pools/lazy river and Wibit pond is not allowed.
Pool Rules
- No outside food or alcoholic beverages allowed.
- No Coolers
- No pets allowed in the pool areas
- No tubes allowed in the pools
- We recommend wearing water shoes
- For your convenience, we offer poolside service.
- For this service, we charge a gratuity of 20%. You are welcome to place your order in the clubhouse with no additional fee.
- The pools are heated UNTIL the outside temperature drops to 60 degrees at night and/or 80 degrees during the day.
- Management reserves the right to deny the use of the pools to anyone anytime.
Wibit (floating lake obstacle course) rules.
- All guests must wear a life jacket at all times-no exceptions.
- Only use during official opening hours after registration with the attendant.
- Guests must show proper wristbands to the attendant before entering.
- Only use when an attendant is present.
- Do not use in darkness.
- Do not jump from high points onto other objects or people.
- No diving or sliding headfirst.
- Do not dive underneath the Wibit.
- No smoking.
- No access after consuming alcohol or drugs.
- No food or drink on the floating playground.
- Remove watches, jewelry, keys, or other sharp objects before entering.
- For safety reasons, do not access if you are pregnant.
- No access to children under the age of 6 years.
- No access to people shorter than 3 foot 7 inches.
- Ensure there are no people or objects in the water before jumping from any area of the floating playground.
- Do not ingest lake water.
- Attendants may expel people who endanger their own safety or that of others.
- Guest must rinse off after exiting Wibit Pond to enter the pool area.
- Everyone must exit Wibit Pond immediately after the first sound of thunder or visible lightning.
- No refunds for inclement weather closings.
- Failure to comply with any set forth rules will result in expulsion from Wibit Pond with no refund.
- Anyone caught in the Wibit pond during non-operational hours will be subject to removal from the resort.
QUIET HOURS
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM-8 AM.
- During quiet hours there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed.
- The use of generators is also prohibited.
- We do enforce a curfew- anyone under the age of 18 years of age may not leave their site after 11 PM except to go to and from the bathhouse facilities and/or there is a Stillwater-sponsored special event.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR
- Please be considerate of your neighbors� privacy and space.
- Music that is audible beyond the immediate vicinity of the site is prohibited.
- Do not walk on, or pass through, the site of another guest.
- Refrain from any inappropriate language and actions with respect to race, religion, sexual orientation, and politics.
- The presence of any controversial language, actions, visuals, or symbols that may be deemed offensive or inappropriate (i.e. confederate flag, swastika, racial slurs, etc.) will not be permitted on our property.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only and at campsites with proper disposal of butts.
- There is no smoking allowed in RV rentals or campsites.
- Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking-age adults at your site or rental.
- Due to TABC guidelines and in accordance with our TABC license, guests may not bring alcoholic beverages within the common areas or amenities of the resort.
- Guests 21 years of age and older, will be able to purchase alcoholic beverages in these areas.
PICNIC TABLES & FIRE PITS
- Each site is provided with one picnic table.
- Picnic tables are to remain on the concrete pad and not moved for any reason.
- With the exception of portable, self-contained, stainless steel wood burning stoves (management approved); no fires at campsites.
- The resort provides communal fire pits in various locations on the property. Never leave a fire unattended.
- County bans may occur and will be posted at the office.
PETS
- All pets must be kept on a leash unless inside the dog park.
- Guests with pets must clean up after them, with no exceptions.
- No pet pens are allowed.
- Pets are not permitted in any buildings, pools, or beach areas.
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
- Maximum leash length not to exceed 6 feet.
- No pets allowed for camp house or RV rentals.
- Pets are the responsibility of the owner.
- Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive pets.
- Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process.
- Guests with pets will be required to sign our Pet Policy upon check-in. Limit 2 pets per site.
GARBAGE
- Trash pick-up is provided 2 times daily. Leave trash bags visible near the road by 9 AM & 5 PM.
- Please DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
Speed Limit
A speed limit of 5mph is strictly enforced.
- Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without a refund.
VEHICLES, PARKING, & RESORT ROADS
- The use of electric or gas-powered play vehicles (UTVs & ATVs), other than electric golf carts, is prohibited.
- No driving or parking on grass areas.
- Washing of vehicles and campers is not allowed on the property.
BIKES & TRANSPORTATION
- When operating a bike after sunset, you must have a light on both the front and back of the bike.
- These lights may be purchased from the camp store.
- Motorized items such as drones, motorbikes, hoverboards, and similar motorized recreational items are prohibited.
- Bikes must be back at the campsite before quiet hours (11 PM).
- Bikes/scooters are not allowed in any common areas or pool area.
GOLF CART RENTALS
- All guests renting golf carts will be required to sign the Stillwater Golf Cart Agreement at check-in.
- Golf carts are to be used on Stillwater roads only and may not exceed the posted speed limit.
- Sidewalk and off-road use is prohibited
- Resort-owned golf carts will not be permitted to be driven off the property for any reason.
- For golf cart rentals there is a 2-day minimum on weekends/3 day minimum on holiday weekends.
- Operators of golf carts must adhere to all applicable state laws.
- Operators of golf carts must possess a valid driver�s license.
- Occupancy may not exceed limits set by the manufacturer.
- Operators and passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
- No one may sit in the lap of the operator or a passenger.
- Golf carts must be equipped with functional headlights and taillights to be operated at night.
- Any damage caused during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.
- Operation of golf carts while consuming or under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or illicit drugs is strictly prohibited.
- The resort manager or representative may, at their discretion, cause the removal or limit the stay of persons or vehicles causing any disturbance or in any way creating a nuisance.
GUEST-OWNED GOLF CARTS
- Personal golf carts must be in excellent mechanical and exterior condition.
- Personal golf carts must be registered with the front office at check-in.
- There will be a $10 daily fee.
- Guests using their own golf carts are required to adhere to the same rules as golf cart renters. SEE ABOVE
FIREWORKS
- The use of fireworks, including sparklers and explosives of any kind, is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Anyone caught with fireworks may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
FIREARMS & WEAPONS
- Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms and weapons.
- Firearms and weapons are not permitted in any building or common areas of the resort.
- If firearms or weapons are brought onto the property, they must remain locked in your camper or vehicle.
- The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.
- Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the property without a refund.
EMERGENCY
- Dial 911 in case of an emergency.
RV Policy
- RVs can be rented for a maximum of 7 days.
- Monthly or long-term rentals are not available.
- All RVs come with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom essentials, plus bedding to accommodate up to six guests.
- Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed in any rental units.
- Rental sites will accommodate one large vehicle or two mid to small vehicles.
DISCLAIMER
- Persons failing to comply with rules, requests, or instructions from resort staff will be asked to leave the resort immediately without further notice or refund.

MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
