Check-In Procedure
- Check-in will be at 2 pm.
- Check-out will be at 11 am.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Office Hours
- Everyday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Quiet Hours
- Sun – Thursday 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Friday & Saturday, 10:30 pm to 8:00 am.
Vehicle Policy
- All guest vehicles will be expected to register with the office.
- All sites can park up to two primary vehicles registered with the Village.
- Guest vehicles may need to be parked at an alternative location.
- All vehicles must display a Village pass in the window.
- No changing of fluid such as oil, gas, or antifreeze shall be allowed.
- No repairs shall be made to vehicles except emergency repairs.
- Do not park on other campsites without asking for availability.
- Please minimize vehicle use in the Village.
Recreational Vehicle
- All units must be self-contained and equipped with an RV toilet.
- You will not be permitted to sell your camper on-site.
- If your existing camper is over 15 years old, you will be asked to upgrade.
- No new customers will be allowed to purchase or bring in campers older than 15 years.
- Washing of motor homes or other vehicles is allowed with permission.
ATVs
- NO ATVS are allowed in the park.
- They must be parked in the parking lot.
Campsites
- Renting your unit to others is not permitted.
- With management permission, only one additional refrigerator up to 10 cubic feet per site is permitted.
- It must be registered with the office and will be inspected.
- It must be stored in an area out of sight of others.
- There are no freezers allowed.
- Smugglers Notch RV Village is not responsible for any spoiled food.
- No fences are permitted.
- There will be no digging of holes or trenches without permission from the office.
- Permanent free-standing and bumper clotheslines are not permitted.
- No ropes in trees, please.
- The office must first approve the construction of decks, screen rooms, flags, outbuildings, skirting, and planting trees and shrubs.
- Shed size shall not exceed 10x10’.
- All improvements become fixtures of the property and may be removed by Smugglers Notch RV Village at any time.
- Campers will be responsible for the cost of removal.
Cleanliness
- All campsites are expected to be clean, neat, and mowed.
Trash Policy
- The trash canisters are provided to all campers to dispose of household waste only.
- Each camper will remove all other trash, such as tires, old grills, batteries, chairs, lamps, lawnmowers, etc., from the campground.
- Violators may be asked to leave the campground permanently.
- All fish parts must be sealed in plastic bags upon disposal.
- Recycling is a requirement.
- Please use the recycling canister accordingly.
Bikes
- Permitted during daylight hours only.
- Please use designated bike racks to lock and store bikes.
- Anyone found riding fast or out of control will not be allowed to use their bike in the park.
Smoking
- No smoking will be permitted inside any buildings.
Visitors
- Must register and obtain a vehicle pass at the office upon arrival.
- Day visitors must leave by quiet time.
- Any visitors causing a disturbance to the Village and other registered campers may be asked to leave.
General
- Any adult or child that exhibits disorderly conduct may be asked to leave the campground permanently.
- Any adult or child who damages campground property may be asked to leave permanently.
Solicitation
- There will be no solicitation permitted unless authorized by management.
Generators
- Generators can only be used with permission from management.
Mechanical and Construction Work
- Mechanical work or oil changes are not allowed in the campground.
- Any construction work shall cease by 5 pm.
Mails and Packages
- Campers are responsible for mail and/or package deliveries.
- The campground is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Children Policy
- An adult must supervise children under 14 years old at all times.
Bathrooms and Showers
- Bathrooms and showers provided.
- Please use water conservatively so the next camper can enjoy a hot shower.
- Any defecation of the bathrooms or showers by the camper will immediately result in the camper being removed from the Village and a fee.
Fire Policy
- Fires must be kept within permitted fire pits.
- Fires must always be tended to and kept low after 11 pm.
- Firewood brought to or purchased at Smugglers Notch RV Village may be used.
- Please do not collect things from the Village to burn.
Pet Policy
- Visitors are not allowed to bring pets to the campground.
- All campground pets must be registered with the office.
- Immunizations must be current, and management must provide proof upon registration.
- All pets must be kept on a leash at all times unless they are inside your unit.
- Pet owners may not leave pets unattended in their unit for an extended period.
- The owner must remove pet excretions anywhere in the campground.
- Owners of noisy pets will be asked to remove them from the campground.
- The Village reserves the right to request the removal of a pet at any time when posing a threat to others.

- Welcome to Smugglers Notch RV Village.
- We are excited to share the Village with you and hope you enjoy your stay.
- Please read this document that has been carefully prepared.
- We believe these rules are very straightforward and basic camping etiquette to ensure your experience while staying at the Village is safe, respected, and enjoyable.
- Smugglers Notch RV Village is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss by accident, fire, or theft to a person's property, camper, or guest by any cause.
- Each camper or guest is responsible for having their insurance to cover any losses.
- Please remit any questions or comments to our staff; we will gladly speak with you.

STRICT
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
