Rules

Check-in Procedure - Check-In for Campsites: 2:00 pm. - Check-Out for Campsites: 1:00 pm. - Check-In for Cabins: 3:00 pm. - Check-Out for Cabins: 11:00 am. - The early check-in fee is $10.00. Please be sure to double-check that the site is available before you come. - Set up the day before for 1/2 the nightly rate. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. All radios, TVs, etc. that are outside are to be off at this time. - Please no bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, or golf carts after dark or on the sidewalks. Curfew - Curfew is 10:00 pm. Children - Children must be back to their campsite at curfew/quiet hours. - Small children must be accompanied by an adult to the pool, beach, restrooms, playground, and office. Smoking - No smoking is allowed in cabins. The Pet Rules Are as Follows: - No pets are allowed in cabins. - Your dog must be leashed at all times. - You must clean up after them. - You must keep them quiet. - They are not allowed in any of the public buildings. - They are not to be in the pool or beach area. - You must not leave them alone. - A $10.00 deposit/dog is to be put down at the beginning of your stay. - The money is refunded if we have no problems or complaints. Vehicle - Trailer Length & Age: The maximum length for trailers will vary from site to site. 38’ is the max from bumper to ball of hitch on most sites, provided your site is large enough. We do allow a trailer bigger than 38’ on a few select sites. Please ask for more information. - We do not allow any trailers 15 years or older. - No mechanically powered bikes, scooters, hoverboards, etc. are allowed. VISITORS: - Day guests are $5.00/person. Senior citizens (65 and older) are free during the day, but not overnight. Everyone needs a car pass. - Overnight guests are $7.00/person/night when they stay in your trailer. - If they put up another unit on your site, they are charged the regular nightly camping rate but first must have SSC approval. - There is no charge for grandchildren aged 17 and under. - Everyone must register in the office immediately upon arriving. - Even if your guests ride with you in your car, they must still register and pay. - It is your responsibility to make sure your guests are aware of all the rules of the campground. - Any guest staying at your site when you are not present, must be pre-approved with the office. Golf Carts: - You must be at least 18 years old to drive a golf cart on this property. - The hours of operation vary with the changing seasons. Use the time frame of 8:00 am-8:00 pm as a general rule. No golf carts are to be driven after dusk regardless of whether you have lights or not. - The number of people allowed per cart is based on the number of seats. All - passengers must be seated in seats if the golf cart is moving. - Pool patrons, please park behind the pool. - Golf carts are to be used to go from point A to point B. Joy riding is not allowed. - Golf carts are not allowed past the office unless a special event is going on in the field. - They are not allowed on the sidewalks. - No horseplay or reckless driving. Also, no drinking or driving is allowed. - Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of your golf cart privileges for the year. No warnings will be given. Playground - Playground equipment is closed after dusk. Pond - Swimming in the pond is allowed from 9 am to dusk. Office - Shoes must be worn in the office, restrooms, and game room. Speed Limit - Please observe the 5mph speed limit throughout the park. Trash - Take your trash to the dumpsters; please don't burn it. - Please clean up your site and fire pit (including nut shells, cig butts, and garbage) area before you leave. - Please do not litter. There are trash cans throughout the property for your use. Ash Pit - A Seasonal ash pit has been added by the horseshoe pits in the seasonal area for you to dispose of your cold ashes. - Please do not throw your ashes in the woods or dumpster. Damage - Do not deface any trees dead or alive. Please do not nail/screw anything into the trees. - Moving or damaging any metal or rock fire ring is subject to a $100.00 fine. Removal of Trees & Branches - Please make the office aware of any tree or dead branches that you feel may be harmful to you. - Please don’t cut any on your own without the permission of the campground. Sand - Sand is available if you need it at your site. - Please ask in the office for available delivery days. - The cost is $25.00 per tractor bucket full. Firearms - Please no firearms or weapons of any kind. Proper Water & Sewer Usage - Please remember to limit your water usage, as all systems empty into holding tanks that have to be pumped out and hauled away. - Even if you are on the sewer line, please be sure to use your holding tanks properly. - Don’t ever leave them wide open to continually drain. - Your black holding tank should be filled with 5-10 gallons of water and the proper chemical should be added to help with smell and break down materials. Behavior - Water balloons, air horns, drones, and fireworks are not allowed at any time. - We are a family-friendly campground and inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated. - Children and adults shall respect the property of the campground and of others. If the property is destroyed, you are liable. Site Etiquette - Please remember to treat your neighbors as you would like to be treated. - Respect each other's boundaries. - Don't walk through other campsites. - Please use family-friendly language. Keep voices, laughter, and music to appropriate levels at all times. - Loud music is not allowed at any time and should be kept within the four corners of your campsite. We Don't Allow - Mopeds, mini bikes, electric bikes & scooters, hoverboards, ATVs, go-carts, 3-wheelers, etc. We only allow road-licensed vehicles that were driven to the campground and electric golf carts. - The cost is $25/cart when you bring your own and are not allowed to have amplified music. - Please register your cart and show proof of insurance at the office. - You will be given a copy of the rules. Campground Disclaimer - Management has complete discretion. There are no refunds if you are asked to leave.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
