Rules

Check-in and Check-out Procedures - Check-in: cabins & camping rentals 3 pm. - Check out: cabins & mayor’s manor at 11 am. - Check out: shelters & campsites at 2 pm. - Cabins & shelters: Early check-in (noon to 3 pm): requires a $25 payment. Late check-out (anything beyond 11 am) requires a $25 payment. - RVs & tent sites: Check-in prior to noon requires an additional night payment. Check-in between noon and 3 p.m. is allowed only if the site is vacant. - RV: There will be no late RV check-out. - RV: If you have not vacated by 2 pm, payment for an additional night is required. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Early check-in, late check-out. - We cannot grant early check-in or late check-out in advance. It will be based on the availability of the site/cabin on the same day as the scheduled check-in/out. - All early and late fees must be pre-paid. Always contact the front office. Do not assume it’s ok to arrive early or stay late. - You must contact the office on the same day for which you are requesting early check-in or late check-out. Parking - No driving or parking at the waterfront. - There are drop-off/pick-up areas near the waterfront. - Drop off guests and equipment then return your vehicle to your assigned site. - Cabin rental parking: two (2) vehicles are allowed to park at the cabin. All additional vehicles and guests will be charged a fee and must park in overflow parking. - Overnight guests who are not paid for at check-in must also pay an additional fee to stay in the cabin. - RV site parking: two (2) vehicles, in addition to the RV, may park at the RV site. All additional vehicles and guests will be charged a fee and must park in overflow parking. - Shelters & tent sites: one (1) vehicle is allowed to park at the site and all additional vehicles and guests will be charged a fee and must park in overflow parking. - Vehicle tags: every vehicle on the property must have a vehicle tag. This tag must be visible as you enter the park and throughout the duration of your stay on the property. Unauthorized vehicles (e.g. No parking pass or parked in a location other than designated) are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. - Overflow parking: ample space for visitors is available in various locations on the property. Extra Guests & Visitors - Extra guests: cabin rental rates are set for up to two guests. Additional overnight guests and vehicles must be declared at booking and check-in as additional payment is required. - Extra guests: registered guests will be allowed one additional vehicle with a max of 4 guests to visit each day. Fees are based on number of visitors and vehicles present. Call for a complete list of fees. If the guest wants additional visitors, then additional sites or a meeting facility must be rented. - Visitor vehicles must display a visitor tag (see section 2.1.5). All visitors must stop at the front office to obtain a vehicle tag pre-purchased by the registered guest. Pet Policy – No Exceptions - All pets must be on a leash when outside except within the dog park. - No aggressive animals, regardless of breed. - No pets in the swim area including water and lawn by the swim area. - No pets in bathrooms. - Pick up after your pet, and dispose in the dumpster. - There is a fee for pets in cabins. - Maximum number of pets per cabin is 2. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. A $50 fee will be charged for smoking in any cabin. - Smoking is also not allowed in the bathrooms, office, or laundry room. - Please extinguish all smoking materials and dispose of them properly. Do not leave them on the ground or water. Trash - Please keep our property clean. - Control your trash and utilize the dumpsters located near the park entrance. - Do not allow it to accumulate near your site or cabin to deter pets and wildlife from scattering it through the property or eating toxic materials. Quiet Time - Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. - The radio and other music are turned off at 10 pm. - There will be no excessive noise including voices, music, vehicles, or animals. Minimum stay requirements - If a reservation spans a Friday or Saturday night, the minimum duration is two (2) nights. See section 5.4 for holiday weekend exceptions. - Cabin rentals require a two (2) night stay from May through August. See section 5.4 for holiday weekend exceptions. - The mayor’s manor is always a two (2) night minimum. See section 5.4 for holiday weekend exceptions. - Holiday weekend exceptions: (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) reservations must be a minimum of three (3) nights in duration. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY - This property is privately owned. - The guest accepts all privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release TACET, LLC, dba Shiloh on the Lake, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of the park facilities, and agrees to indemnify TACET, LLC, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered person arising out of the use of the resort facilities. Camping and exploring the outdoors and lake inherently include risks including but not limited to uneven terrain both in and out of the lake, water hazards, naturally occurring wildlife, and other dangers. - Guest hereby acknowledges and accepts such risks for himself/herself and those accompanying him/her. - Guests staying at Shiloh on the Lake take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay. - Shiloh on the Lake takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles and suggests that Guests securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied. No refunds will be issued. - If you should need assistance in the park, or have any problems with your site or cabin, please call 903.489.0639 and leave a voicemail if the phone is not answered. Be sure to identify yourself, and your location, and leave a callback number. Calls are monitored 24 hours a day. Emergency - If you have a police, fire, or medical emergency, call 911. Cancellation Policy

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
