Our park offers 20 full hookup sites, each with 30/50 AMP services, sprawled across 18 acres of live oak trees and well-maintained natural landscapes. Guests enjoy 360-degree views of forests, valleys, and distant mountains, providing a picturesque base to explore the great outdoors. Our easy-access pull-thru RV sites are designed for convenience and relaxation, equipped with patios perfect for leisurely afternoons. Be sure to make use of all out on-site amenities, including a fitness room, laundry facilities, and a fenced dog run for your furry friends. For a touch of nature, take a leisurely stroll along our walking trails. Additionally, we provide a secure fenced area for the safe storage of any extra vehicles or boats. Venture out to the nearby Gila National Forest and Cliff Dwellings for a day of hiking and history, or hit the trails at Boston Hill for panoramic views. Silver City itself offers a rich tapestry of history, culture, and dining, from exploring local museums to savoring authentic Mexican cuisine. Check-In Procedure: - Please check-in at the main office. - Check-In: 12pm (noon) - Flexible - Check-Out: 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy: - Pets are welcome in the park; however, all pets must be kept on a leash at all times. - You are also required to clean up after your pet. - Continually barking dogs will not be tolerated. Quiet Hours: - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. - Please be quiet & considerate of your neighbors. Trash: - All trash must be disposed of in heavy-duty garbage bags* Behavior: - Rowdiness and drunkenness are prohibited. Vehicle Policies: - Washing and vehicle maintenance must be approved by management. Evictions: - Failure to obey RV park rules may result in eviction with no refund. Property: - This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accident or injury to guests or loss of personal property of any kind.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
