Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in will be at the Park Office
- Check-in time begins at 1 P.M for RV sites and 2 p.m. for Resort rentals, Check-in will be in the office.
- Check-out time is 11 A.M.
- All rates are for 2 people, 1 RV, 1 additional vehicle, and up to 2 pets.
- Resort Rental & Tent Sites rates are for 2 people & 1 vehicle.
- All others are extra.
- Changes to your reservation will be made without incurring a service charge.
- However, changes are subject to availability and may result in a higher rate.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Children & Pets Policy
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Children aged 6 and under stay free.
- Non-aggressive dogs only... $5 charge for each dog over two, for RVs... $5 for tent sites.
- No dogs in resort rentals.
- The maximum number of dogs is 4.
Late Arrival
- Notify the Redwood Meadows RV Resort office if you will be arriving after 4 PM to get late arrival instructions.
- The host is available by phone from 8 am to 9 pm 7 days a week.
- With notification of late arrival, you are guaranteed a site, and you will be charged accordingly.
No Show Policy
- Your credit card will be charged 100% of your first day and 50% of the remaining day's charges.
Management Policy
- Discounts are given to qualified recipients upon request.

- Redwood Meadows RV Resort is a resort for recreational vehicles for short-term to medium-term stays.
- Redwood Meadows RV Resort reserves the right to move you to a different site at no cost or expense to Redwood Meadows RV Resort.
- Redwood Meadows RV Resort does not offer monthly rates.
- We do offer Extended-stay Discounts based on the daily rate of the site.
- Sites are designated as Standard, Deluxe, and Premium, and are priced accordingly.

- All extended-stay guests must be approved by our Operations Manager and must be accompanied by a $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Since Redwood Meadows RV Resort is a recreational vehicle-short-term resort, the following shall be enforced.
- No permanent structures without the approval of the Operations Manager.
- No outdoor storage units without the approval of the Operations Manager.
- We do not offer monthly rates but we do offer extended-stay discounts based on the daily rate of the site.

Speed Limit
- SPEED LIMIT IS 7 MPH.
Facility and Equipment Policy
- No smoking, pets, or alcohol allowed in the resort office, resort community/rec room, playground/games areas, laundry room, or restroom/shower building.
- No space heaters allowed.
- No installing clotheslines, Attach nothing to our trees.
Campfires Policy
- Campfires are allowed in fire rings, grills, or BBQs ONLY.
- Fire must be attended by an adult over the age of 18 and must be completely extinguished before leaving your site.
Pets Policy
- Pets on leash at all times.
- Pick up after your pet... its the Law! ... its common decency!
- No aggressive dogs allowed.
- Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
- No tying pets to your RV, our trees, or our posts unless you are with them.
- Pets are not allowed in any building, playground, or inside the pool area.
- Pets are allowed in Cabins and Tent sites at an additional cost.
- Drones of any kind are not allowed.
Vehicle Policy
- All vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, or any other type of motorized vehicle must be registered with the office and must be kept within the boundary of your assigned site.
- All sites are priced according to the designation of Standard, Deluxe, or Premium, the number of people, the number of vehicles, boats, motorcycles, etc., and the number of pets.
- No parking on the grass by any vehicle.
- Any extra vehicle is subject to an additional charge, contact the office for rates.Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
