Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in will be at the Park Office.
- Check-in time is 2:00 P.M.
- Check-out time is 11 A.M.
- Late Check-out will be charged $25.00. (unless you have permission from the manager for late check-out).
- Check-out after 4 PM is charged for a full day.
- Failure to renew for an overstay causes your RV to be towed at the owner's expense.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Discounts
- All Discounts are applied at the time of reservation, you MUST notify the host when making a phone reservation or leave the request in the detail notes when you book online your request will not be honored otherwise.
- Visit www.redwoodcoastrv.com (rates & policies) for a schedule of our discounts.
- All rates for RVs are for 2 adults, 2 children, 1 RV, 1 vehicle, and 2 pets.
- Rates for Cabins and Tent sites are for 2 adults, 2 children, 2 pets, and 1 vehicle.
- Extra people, extra pets, and extra vehicles are subject to additional charges of $5 per person or per vehicle.
- Please note there will be only parking for 1 additional vehicle so the max will be 2 per site.
- Maximum number of pets is 2 (exceptions must be cleared with the Property Manager).
Children Safety
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Children age 5 and under stay free.
Pets Policy
- Pets are welcome
- No Aggressive Dogs, Pit Bulls or Pit Bull crosses ... Maximum of 4 pets, $5.00 each per day for more than two.
- PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
- YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG... IT IS THE LAW... IT IS COMMON COURTESY!
- No AGGRESSIVE dogs are allowed!
- ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
- Pets must be inside your RV when you are not on your site.
- No tying up pets to your RV or our trees or posts, unless you are with them.
- Pets are not allowed in any building (except cabins), playground, or inside the pool area.
- Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
- Pets are allowed in Cabins and Tent sites at an additional cost.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM.
Pool Area Policy
- All Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No glass containers, no food, no animals are allowed in the pool area.
- Pool-hot tub hours as posted.
Speed Limit
- SPEED LIMIT IS 7 MPH.
Alcohol Policy
- Open Containers of Alcohol are not allowed in the office, store, or within 20' of the Main Office.
- Alcohol and Glass Bottles are not allowed at any time within the pool area or playground.
- No Alcohol or smoking allowed in the pool area.
Late Arrivals Policy
- If you need to check in after hours you will find a "drop envelope" with your name on it outside the office doors in a clear box labeled "with reservations" It's to the left of the coke machine.
- Inside this drop envelope you will find a key, reservation information & site map.
- On this map, you will find your reservation location and all the codes you will need throughout our facility, including for bathrooms and the pool area. Should you need any further assistance with your check-in we answer phones until 9 pm.
- See the phone number on the menu sign or attached to the black box.
No Show Policy
- Your credit card will be charged 100% of your stay.
Changes to your reservation
- Changes to your reservation will be made without incurring a service charge.
- However, changes are subject to availability and may result in a higher rate.
- Please contact Redwood Coast Cabins & RV Resort for cancellations or changes to your reservation.
Lock Policy
- Site Lock Fees and Special Accommodation requests may result in additional charges.
- Redwood Coast Cabins & RV Resorts does not guarantee specific site placement and cannot accommodate all special requests.
Campfire Policy
- Campfires are allowed in fire pits, grills, or BBQs ONLY.
- Fire must be attended by an adult over the age of 18, and must be completely extinguished before leaving your site.
- NO BURNING OF TRASH.
Fireworks Policy
- No fireworks or firearms are allowed on park premises.
Structures Policy
- No installing clotheslines.
- Do not attach anything to our structures, trees, or shrubs.
Heaters Policy
- No space heaters allowed.
Generator Policy
- No generator use is permitted to be used in the park, except for emergencies.
Smoking Policy
- No SMOKING within 25 feet of the playground, pool area, any cabin, restroom, office, or other public buildings. This is California State Law.
Visitors Policy
- No visitors after 11 PM, unless they are registered with the office.
Vehicle Policy
- Unidentified vehicles will be towed away at the owner's expense.
- Park your vehicle within your assigned space. DO NOT PARK IN SITES OTHER THAN YOUR OWN.
- Check with the office should you need temporary parking for your guest or an additional vehicle.
- No vehicles are allowed to park in any RV site. It will be towed at the owner's expense.
- No vehicle washing without permission from Redwood Coast Cabin and RV Resort Park Office.
- No RV repairing, maintenance, or oil changing allowed.
Swimming Pool Policy
- Hours are posted at the store entrance.
- Pool open seasonally May 1st - October 15th, and may be closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.
- Children 18 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times in the pool area. Infants in diapers are not allowed in the pool.
- No smoking, glass, or pets in the fenced area.
- Running, Jumping, diving, and/or horseplay are prohibited.
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN POOL AREA or PLAYGROUND.
Vendors Policy
- All outside vendors servicing or cleaning RV's must be approved in writing from Redwood Coast Cabins and RV Resort Park management.
Duration of Stay
- No let or sublet allowed.
The duration of stay is limited to 90 days.
Dishes Policy
- No dishes, utensils washing in the restroom allowed.
Management Policy
- Management reserves the right to move you to another space if needed at no cost to Redwood Coast Cabins & RV Resort
- Redwood Coast Cabins & RV Resort Park will not be and is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- Lock all vehicles.
- Lock bicycles with a heavy-duty lock.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate your stay with Redwood Coast Cabins and RV Resort Park for violation of rules and policies.
Garbage Policy
- Place garbage in the Garbage Bin.
- PLEASE, RECYCLE... use our recycle bins.
- Storage of items underneath or anywhere outside of your RV is not allowed.
- Please help keep our Resort clean and clutter-free. Be a good neighbor.
Damage Policy
- All hoses/wires/etc... including sewer hoses must be placed on asphalt any damage to these items as a result of maintenance will not be the responsibility of the park.
Door Mat Policy
- If you have door mats that are on any grass areas, door mat must be moved each day.
Drones Policy
- Drones of any kind are not allowed.Cancellation Policy
FLEXIBLE
If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
