We do not guarantee specific sites. We try to accommodate requests. All bookings are made via computer software and it allows us to book any available site with an arrival date between two years of the current date.
RVs cannot be over 10 years old. If so, a photo is required prior to the arrival date
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
- Office is open daily 9 am-5 pm
- Check-in is at 1 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Late Check-out:
- Upon request, check-out may be extended for 4 hours for an additional fee. Check-outs after 4 hours will be charged an additional night.
Trash Pickup:
- Mon-Fri at 10 AM. Place trash on the curb between daylight and 10 AM, M-F.
Laundry:
- Located in each bathhouse. Please notify staff if they require attention.
Speed Limit:
- 5 knots!
Vehicle Washing:
- Allowed with permit. $5 for a car or truck and $10 for an RV.
Smoking:
- Prohibited in all buildings and pool areas. No cigarette butts or smoking trash are allowed on the grounds.
Golf Carts:
- Due to insurance requirements and the safety of everyone only licensed drivers may drive golf carts. Four-wheelers are not allowed.
Fireworks:
- BB Guns, Sling Shots, or Archery are not permitted without the prior consent of management.
Other rules:
- Please keep your sites neat and clean.
- Carpets, Mats on grass, or Clotheslines are not permitted.
- Fires are only allowed in approved containers.
- Do Not place grills on picnic tables.
- If you have fish to clean please clean fish only in the fish cleaning area. Wrap fish waste in double plastic bags and put it in a dumpster.
- Profanity, violent language, or hostile conduct is never allowed.
POND:
- Guests are welcome to fish in the pond but must practice catch and release only.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- NO SWIMMING IN THE POND.
POOL:
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- PLEASE OBSERVE ALL POSTED SIGNS IN THE POOL AREA.
- POOL IS OPEN 10-10.
- CHILDREN 14 and UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
- IF THE CHILD WEARS DIAPERS, SWIM DIAPERS ARE REQUIRED IN THE POOL AREA.
- NO GLASS and NO PETS IN POOL AREA.
- NO BICYCLES OR SKATEBOARDS IN THE POOL AREA.
PETS:
- WE LOVE ALL GOD’S CREATURES! ONLY WELL-BEHAVED PETS ARE WELCOME HERE.
- Please keep all dogs on a leash.
- Pets must never be left outside unattended.
- The pet walk area is only for leashed walks.
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Waste stations provided in dog walk and dog park areas.
- No loud pets or barking after the quiet time (11 pm in summer and 10 pm in off-season).
- Breeds: I understand that the campground has the sole discretion to exclude breed-specific dogs. The basis for exclusion may include but is not limited to the following: PPit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamute, S American Bandoggee, Bull Terroir, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dogo Argentino, Gull Dong aka Pakistani bulldog, Basenji, Fila Brasileiro aka, Fila Brasileiro aka Brazilian Mastiff, Fila Brasileiro.
In consideration for myself, and all persons entering under MY SUPERVISION, being permitted to camp and participate in the activities at Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort, I and all persons here at Pirates Cove under and in my camping party, agree to the following Waiver and Release: I hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS, Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort, all officers and employees of all liability for injuries or disease caused by, but NOT LIMITED TO, the following activities: CAMPFIRES, SWIMMING, HOT TUB, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, FISHING, PLANNED EVENTS, DOGS, SHOWERS, BICYCLES, GOLF CARTS, and ELECTRIC SCOOTERS. I acknowledge that camping has many hazards and that there are risks that cannot be eliminated. I acknowledge I am responsible for my animals and camping party. I assume all responsibility for my camping party including the animals.
1. Excluded Areas: I agree to keep my dog out of any bathhouse, pool area, activity center, or playground
2. Excluded Dogs: I agree that the Campground has the sole discretion to exclude. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the following including Breed-Specific Exclusions (i.e. Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamute, S American Bandoggee, Bull Terroir, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dogo Argentino, Gull Dong aka Pakistani bulldog, Basenji, Fila Brasileiro aka, Fila Brasileiro aka Brazilian Mastiff, Fila Brasileiro), dogs that are sick, or due to their young age are exempt from state or local law vaccination requirements; are in heat; are aggressive, vicious, dangerous, or potentially dangerous; require muzzling; or are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting).
3. I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Campground. I further agree to have my dog with me or a designated individual at all times.
4. Vaccinations. I represent and warrant that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and fleas.
5. I agree that, should my dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Campground, at the request of a Campground employee, I will immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside the Campground. Additionally, I understand and agree that if I do not find alternative housing for my pet after being asked to do so, I will be asked to leave the Campground and will not be issued a refund.
6. Assumption of Risk and Release. I understand that my permission to have my dog at the Campground with me is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon my adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. I understand that the Campground may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, I hereby assume all responsibility for risks, injury, damage, or other harm that may occur while my dog is at the Campground or caused by me. Further, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Campground, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers, and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present, and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that I or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to my dog’s presence in the Campground, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of me, my dog and/or any guest or invitee. I further agree to indemnify each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the dog at the Campground. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.
7. Picking up after your pet. I understand it is my responsibility to pick up my pet’s poop immediately on deposit. Pet waste is to be removed as soon as it is deposited. This includes the dog park. Waste bags are provided complimentary throughout the park and are for sale in the Violators will be warned once. The second offense is $100 fine. Habitual offenders will be asked to leave.
I hereby acknowledge that Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage incurred during my stay. My signature below confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies at Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort. I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property, without a refund, for failure to follow said rules and policies. A copy of which is posted at Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort. I hereby consent to photographs and videos taken of me and all parties listed below during our stay at Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort for purposes of event documentation and promotion of Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort. Names will not be published. My signature confirms that I have a valid immunization record including rabies certificates for any pets in my party. A copy will be provided if necessary. I have reviewed and read the Swimming Pool and Hot Tub policies mandated by Alabama and the Baldwin County Health Department below. The Alabama State policies are as follows, but NOT LIMITED TO: POOL- HOT TUB
Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort is mandated by Alabama and the Baldwin County Health Department to post a copy of the Pool Rules for all customers. Any violation of these rules by Pirates Cove Rrrr V Resort Customers will result in the Pool or Hot Tub access being denied. We are required to notify you of these rules, and that the swimming area is maintained in a sanitary manner. If you notice any problem with the water quality or the absence of water rescue equipment, please notify us at once. When you sign and initial the site license you agree to obey the following: The swimming pool policies are as follows, but NOT LIMITED TO: THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY – Swim at your own risk NEVER SWIM ALONE THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied to the swimming facility by a parent or guardian, (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior) IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY 911 IMMEDIATELY AND NOTIFY THE FACILITY Only use the swimming facility during posted hours of operation.
Swimming Rules:
- No Diving into the swimming.
- Do not drink alcohol.
- No food or drink in the pool.
- No pets in the pool area except service animals.
- If a child wears diapers or pull-ups a swim diaper is required in the pool area.
- Pre-school-age children must wear a life vest, puddle jumpers, or another similar aide.
- No glass and no pets in the pool area.
- No bicycles or skateboards in the pool area.
- No children under 14 are allowed in the hot tub.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
