Rules

Check-in Procedure - Check-in is from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, please call ahead if you are going to be later than 7:00 pm. - There are no check-ins/set up after 8:00 pm, No Exceptions. - Check-out is at 11:00 am, please check out on time so that we can ensure check-ins are not delayed. - There is a $50 fee for late check out. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation and Deposit - Upon making a reservation online or over the phone there will be a deposit required for one night’s stay plus fees. - Reserving within 10 days of your stay, full payment is required. - Holiday reservations, require you to pay half down when booking. - Seaplane fly-in reservations, require payment in full when booking. Alcoholic Beverages - Maine State law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages or anyone to furnish alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21. - Please keep alcohol contained to your own campsite. Bicycles - State of Maine Law requires that children under the age of 16 years wear a helmet, please make sure your children wear one. - Bicycles may not be ridden after dark. Children - Your children are your responsibility, please keep an eye on them. - No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to camp or be left without adult supervision. Smoking and Vaping - Please do not drop cigarette butts on the ground. - Discarding of butts should be done in a clean and safe manner. - Please dispose of them in a safe manner so that they do not catch trash barrels/forest on fire. - Please do not smoke ANYTHING in/around restrooms, stores, or playgrounds. Fireworks, Firearms, Other Weapons, and Illegal Substances Fireworks, Firearms, Other Weapons, and Illegal Substances Are Prohibited on Campground Property Moosehead ATV Riders - The town of Greenville asks that you please stay on the marked ATV Access Route. - To access Indian Hill Trading Post, please travel in the breakdown lane. - Please carefully watch for traffic on Route 15, it’s fast. When traveling in downtown Greenville you will stay in the travel lane and abide by the posted speed limit, 25 MPH. - You must be 16 years of age or older to operate an ATV on a public paved road in Maine. - Please stay on marked trails. Profanity/Behavior - This is a family campground, explicit, rowdy, or inappropriate behavior/language by children or adults will not be tolerated. Quiet Hours - Are from 10 pm - 7 am. - Please no radios or TVs on outside during quiet hours. - Please be respectful of others trying to relax or sleep. Vehicles - The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH. - There is limited space on each side for parking, depending on the site. - Parking on adjacent sites or blocking the roads are not allowed. - Please watch for children, pets, and people walking. - There will be no refund given for guests asked to leave for unsafe driving. No ATVs, golf carts, or other motorized vehicles are allowed on campground roads or on your site (except for sites 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 25, 26, or 27. - ATVs are to be parked in the designated area by the office. Bathrooms - Bathrooms are cleaned daily. - Please pick up after yourself when exiting the bathroom. - Young children must be accompanied by an adult. - No bare feet. Campfires - Must be kept small and within the fire pit provided by the campground. - Do not leave your campsite or go to bed with a fire still burning. - Please do not move the fire pits. - Firewood is sold at the store. - Do not burn large logs, pressure treated/painted lumber, or lumber with nails, screws, or staples. - Firewood from out of state is not permitted, per Maine state law. - This prevents the spread of insects, etc., from one location or state to another. - Please use caution with fires on windy days. - Do not burn trash in your fire, only paper and wood are allowed. - There will be a fee of $25 if trash is left. - Do not dump charcoal or ashes in the woods. Trees No cutting or disfiguring any trees. Campsites - Campsites are rented to one group consisting of two adults and two children (under 18). - Extra adults or children will be charged a fee. - Please do not drive nails, screws, or any other damaging object into trees or peel the bark off. - Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins throughout the campground. - Please do not leave trash outside your camper/tent at night, it will likely attract unwanted nuisance animals. - Please leave picnic tables, railroad ties, fire rings, and grates, and the site the way you found them. Pets - We are a pet-friendly campground. - Pets must be quiet at all times and picked up after. - Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. - Pets must always be leashed and under control. Sewerage/Dump Station - The dump station is free to our campers when exiting the campground. - Our pumping is done two times per week. - The fee for pumping is $20.00 for black and gray water holding tanks, each additional gray tank is $10.00. - You must sign up for pumping at check-in. - Emergency pumping is available for an extra fee. - Only use RV toilet paper in your RV. - No fluid discharge of any type can flow into or onto the ground, per state law. - Please use the sink outside the restrooms for washing dishes. Privacy - Please respect the privacy of other campers and do not trespass or cut through their sites. Visitors - We genuinely want you and your guests to have an enjoyable time while here. - However, due to excessive abuse of the visitor policies, the following is now in effect and enforced. Thank you for your understanding. - Upon entering the campground all visitors need to register BEFORE going to any site. - The charge for daytime visitors is $7 for adults and $5 for children, with a maximum of 4 visitors per site at one time. - The charge for night visitors is $10 for adults and $7 for children, the overnight maximum per site for adults is 4 and children 5 total, including the already registered campers. - All-day visitors must be off the grounds by 8:00 pm. - Visitors may not have room to park their vehicles on your site, if this is the case, they will need to park off the property and you bring them in. - Please do not park on another site or in the overflow/ATV parking area. - They may not bring ATVs/boats/trailers of any type here. Visitors are not allowed to bring dogs. - Any visitors to your site are your responsibility, they must adhere to all the campground rules. - If you are unable to find anyone in the office, you must call 207-695-2210 and leave a message with your name, phone number & the site they are visiting, and we will take care of the payment once we return. - Please make sure that everyone in your party is aware of this policy and all other campground policies as well. Notice to Guests - This property is privately owned. The Camper(s) and/or Guest(s) accept camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the Campground, its owners, and employees of ALL liability for loss or damage to property, and injury/death to his/her use of its facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its owners and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury/death to the person of any member of the family or guest(s) of the registered camper arising out of use of its facilities. Maine Inherent Risks of Camping - Under Maine law, a camper, or a guest of the camper in a private campground assumes the risk of any injury to person or property resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of camping and may not recover damage or damages from any private campground owner or operator for any injury or death resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of camping. - The inherent dangers and risks of camping include but are not limited to, changing weather conditions; surface or subsurface conditions, such as rocks, stumps, trees, forest growth, or other natural objects; variations in terrain; and the failure of campers and their guests to recreate safely, in control and within their own abilities.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
