Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 3:00 PM - Arrival Times: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. General - Marina Del Rey values our customer's opinions and wants each guest to be satisfied with their stay at our resort. - In order to keep our resort a great place for everyone, we have listed a few policies to ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests. - Reservations must be made by a person 21 or older. Deposits & Payments - Initial Deposit: An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked. - Scheduled Deposit: 1 day before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Children & Pets - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - All pets must remain on a leash at all times on the grounds. - Please clean up after your pet. No pets are permitted in cabins. - All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Please no pets in the cabins. - Pets are allowed on the resort grounds. - We ask that all pets stay on a leash at all times. - We also ask that you clean up after your pet. Quiet Hours - Quiet time hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking Policy - No smoking in cabins.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience fees and a park cancellation fee of 25% + tax). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund. Holiday Weekends and Lake Event Weekends (New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Aquapalooza, Redneck Raft out, Welcome Back Weekend) cancellations will be charged 100% of your reservation plus tax.
