Rules

Check-in Procedure - Check-in is at 1:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. Arrival Times - 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Camping fees must be paid in full when booking reservations. - No refunds for early departures. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Disclaimer - The following rules were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance, with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind. - Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary. - Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. - Starting March 17, 2021, a credit/debit card must be on file (Payment is due by due date) credit/debit card will be charged upon booking. - Continuous stays will be charged with or without permission if not paid in full. (No cash payments) - You must move your camper every 2 months to a different spot. - Call the office at (318) 634-5100 if you have any questions. Office - Office hours: Mon-Thurs. 8 am - 3 pm & Fri 8 am - 12 pm (Lunch 12 pm-1 pm) - Office Phone number: (318) 634-5100 Quiet Time - Quiet Time: 10 pm - 7 am. Vehicles: - Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle. - If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not stick out beyond your site area. - The RV must be well maintained and in good overall condition. - Limited storage is allowed under the RV and must be neat and in order. - No window units in the camper. - Never Park in an empty site or on the road. - All vehicular noise is to be kept to a minimum. - No changing oil of any kind allowed. Children - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Speed Limit - The speed limit in the park is 10 MPH (miles per hour). Campsites Etiquette - No clotheslines or hanging of laundry. - No permanent shed, building, or structures. (Excluding the grandfathered sites) - Gas or charcoal barbecues may be used for outdoor cooking on-site. - No walking through occupied sites or vacant sites. Alcohol consumption is allowed at your site only. - If at any time your campsite is not in accordance with the code, you will be asked to leave. - Skinning of deer or other animals must be disposed of outside of the park. (Do not place in dumpster) - Bathroom codes are for campers only. - Gray water/sewer is not to be let out on the ground. - NO TARPS are attached or hanging from the RV. Smoking - No smoking in bathrooms. - No cigarette butts on the ground. - Discarded cigarette butts are considered a form of littering. Trash - All trash is to be placed in trash bags and put in the dumpster. - Trash that is left outside of the dumpster and around the campsite, etc. will be charged $10.00 per bag picked up for this service. - An alternative to having us charge you for this additional service would be to have small trash cans with bags inside, when full, bring them out and place them in a lawn/leaf bag that is in a large trash can with a lid. Fires - Burn piles must be contained in the designated fire pit area. - Burn piles must be cleaned upon departing. - All firewood must be neatly stacked at your campsite and be covered neatly with a tarp. Pets - Maximum of 2 pets per site. Remember — cats are pets too, and the rules apply to them. They are not to be let out to run loose. - Pets must always be on a leash with the owner when outdoors. Pets cannot be tied outside and left unattended. - No pets are allowed at food functions or in grass areas. - Guests must pick up after their pet’s waste. Pavilion - Please call the office during regular business hours to make reservations for the pavilion. Pond - We ask that you be nice to the ducks and not feed them anything harmful. - You may fish. We do not provide any fishing gear or bait. - No littering or throwing trash in the pond. - Please pick up after yourself.

Cancellation Policy

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
