Nice overnight, or even a few days when in the area. Easy access, fairly large sites, next to the river. Other than a pavilion, and two 'johnny-on-the-spots', there is nothing here, no one to check you in. Nice little campground that sits along the Kaskaskia River. The city of New Athens recently took over operations of this place, so any questions are handled by city employees.
