CHILDREN & PETS
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
- Pets are welcome
- Pets are welcome at the campsites.
-- Pets must be kept under control at all times, and may not roam freely on the campground property. This means a stake-out chain or enclosed run for dogs Pet owners are to clean up after their animals.
-- Pet owners are held responsible for any nuisance created by their animals and violations of these policies be grounds for asking guests to leave.
-- Pets are not allowed in the cabins at any time.
-- Pets must be kept on a leash (max length 10 feet) at all times.
-- We do have a dog walk area for your enjoyment.
In season:
- The campground opens at noon on May 14 and closes at 10 am on October 15.
- Check-in time is 12 noon — check-out time is 10 am.
- Office hours at the campground are 8 am to 8 pm
- For late arrivals, we post a map and directions to your site besides the door.
Note: Arizona does NOT observe Daylight Saving Time, so in the season we're 3 hours behind Eastern Time and the same as Pacific Time. Utah is one hour ahead!
Booking Sites:
- Please note that we Guarantee Site TYPE, not NUMBERS.
- When booking online, choose a site that is as close as possible to the length of just your RV.
- Additional parking is available for tow vehicles, etc.
- The price is for 1-4 people, there is an extra person charge of $7.00 each. Maximum of 6 people per RV site.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet time and generators:
- Our quiet time is considered from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM to give all of our campers a chance to enjoy the peace and tranquility of our beautiful forest.
- We like to keep the campground quiet and restful at all times, and we ask for your help and cooperation in this important matter.
- Generators are not allowed to be used at any time in the Camper Village.
Parking Assistance:
- As a courtesy, our hosts may give parking assistance, but the campground staff and management not be responsible for any damage resulting from the guests parking their rigs.
- The driver is responsible for parking their rig.
Speed Limit:
- For the safety of our guests and to control dust and noise, the maximum vehicle speed is 5 miles an hour within our campground at all times.
ATV/Quads:
- To control dust and noise, the use of ATVs and quads within the campground is prohibited other than driving the 5 mph speed limit to and from the entrance gate.
- Vehicles must adhere to the speed limit when leaving and entering the campground.
- After dark, if you are driving back on one of the forest service roads next to the campground, please be considerate of other guests, and drive slowly.
- Another reason for caution is the cattle, mule deer, elk, and bison that can be seen in the area.
Waste Management:
- Please place any trash or garbage you wish to leave in one of the trash cans provided.
- Clean up after your pet.
- Ashes from wood or charcoal fires are to be placed in the metal fire rings, we collect them.
- Coconino County Health Dept. regulations: All sewer hookups must be off the ground and use sewer hose supports. Supports are available for loan if you do not have one.
Campfires and Cooking Fires:
- Campfires may only be built in the designated metal fire rings. Full hookup RV sites do not have fire rings but may use those in the picnic area. Fires must be kept small at all times! Any charcoal or wood fire must be in a metal container raised from the ground. Grills are available - please ask at the office. During fire season, a ban on campfires may be imposed.
Firewood:
- Bringing in forest wood gathered outside the campground is prohibited by the National Forest Service. Therefore we sell firewood at our store. Wood must fit inside the fire ring.
Water:
- There is a natural scarcity of water on the plateau. The outside water faucet is to supply guests with drinking and cooking water only. Please, no washing of pets, vehicles, or clothing with this water. We reserve the right to levy a charge (per vehicle) for any vehicle or trailer washing, or any prohibited use of water as stated above. Filling the holding tank is also prohibited.
Laundry:
- Laundry facilities have been installed for the convenience of our guests.
- Due to a scarcity of water on the Kaibab Plateau please use it responsibly.
- No clotheslines are allowed in our village.
- Kaibab Camper Village is not responsible for damage or loss of any items when using the laundry facilities.
- Laundry hours are 7 AM- 7 PM. Wash $2- Dry $1.50 load.
- Change is available at the office.
Showers:
- Shower facilities (open 24 hours a day) have been installed for the convenience of our guests.
- Due to a scarcity of water on the Kaibab Plateau, please use it responsibly.
- The showers require $2.50 for 5 minutes of shower time. (10 quarters)
- Change is available at the office.
Closed season:
- The campground is closed from 10 am on October 15 to 12 noon on May 14.
- Managed by C&E Enterprises, LLC, Williams Arizona. C&E Enterprises will begin taking reservations for the current year in mid-January.Cancellation Policy
STRICT
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
