Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 02:00 PM - Check-Out: 12:00 PM - Early check-in/late check-out is available for a fee. - No refunds are given 1 hour following check-in or for early departure unless required due to mandatory evacuation. - Site numbers are not guaranteed. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM - Please respect neighbors by limiting noise during this time. Pool Policy - Quiet hours are from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM - No glass, No smoking, and No lifeguard on duty. - Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. - Swim diapers are required. Fire Pit Policy - Do not burn anything other than wood and DO NOT leave a fire unattended. Trash Policy - Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters provided. - There will be a $25.00 fee for any trash left on site after departure. Speed Limit - Speed Limit 7MPH and strictly enforced. Vehicle Policy - Only 2 vehicles are per site. - Additional vehicles must request a Parking Pass from the office and park in designated overflow areas. - DO NOT park on the grass. Golf Carts Policy - Golf Carts are permitted. - Must be at least 16 years or older and a licensed driver. Boats and Watercraft Policy - Boats and Watercraft are permitted. - Must fit on gravel drive/concrete pad, not grass, or be placed in the short-term storage area during your stay for a fee. - Please register in the office. Canopies Policy - Canopies are permitted. - One per RV site, free-standing only. - Please no floors to protect our grass. - Must be under 13x13 in size and not interfere with your neighboring RV site's space. RV Restrictions - We do not accept tents, pop-up campers, truck campers, conversions, horse trailers, and any recreational vehicles that are more than 15 years old. - If you arrive with an RV outside of our guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon arrival. - Some exceptions may be made to the 15-year restriction by emailing us current photos of your RV for management approval. Tent Policy - Tents are not permitted on site. - Enclosed canopies with floors are not permitted on site. Clotheslines Policy - Clotheslines are not permitted on site. Outside Appliances Policy - Portable Hot Tubs and refrigerators/ appliances outside of the RV are not allowed. Cleanliness Policy - Excessive clutter, auto repairs, and improper dumping of wastewater are not allowed. - Do not place rugs on grassy areas. Fireworks/Firearms Policy - Fireworks/Firearms are not allowed on site. Smoking Policy - Smoking is not permitted in any common areas. Storage Trailers & Tow Dollies Policy - Storage trailers & tow dollies must be placed in designated areas, not on site. Guests Policy - Guests will be asked to leave for intoxication, rowdy behavior, or using profanity or drugs. - You are responsible for the actions of your party, including visitors and children. - Rates include up to 4 guests. - Additional guests require a fee and must register in the office. Children Policy - Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult after dark. Pet Policy - Pets may not be left outside unattended or inside the RV barking. - Please do not walk your dog on another guest's site. - Keep your dog on a leash at all times. - Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. - You MUST clean up after your dog's complimentary pet Waste. - Stations with baggies are located at the front & back of the park.
