We stayed four nights. Wonderful playground and pool for the kids. Laundry and restrooms were clean and working. Showers have a 7 min max to prevent steam building up which they need to address in other ways than the addition of a standing fan. Rules

Here is an overview of our policies relating to reservations, deposits, cancellations, and more. All Site Reservations: - Check-in is 1:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. - We do not allow tents on the same site as an RV, with the exception of a few designated sites. All such arrangements require approval and an additional charge and must be made when making your initial reservation. - No trailers or boats may be stored on a site without prior approval from Indigo Bluffs management. Designated storage options are available upon request. - Special requests relating to proximity are not guaranteed, but we strive to accommodate as many as possible. - We are fully capable of accommodating multi-family reservations and associated requests. We expect all guests to abide by our rules and quiet times, and not allow their gathering to disrupt their neighbors. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Cottages, RVs, & Rustic Cabins: - Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. - No pets of any kind are allowed inside any of our cottages or RVs. General: - Packages and mail delivery is only available to monthly and seasonal guests. - Do not exceed the parking limits for your site at any time. - We strive for a 100% on-time check-in experience and do our best to accommodate early arrivals. Please help us by honoring your check-out time so those arriving behind you have a happy beginning to their stay.

Cancellation Policy

General - There is a $5 non-refundable fee for all reservations, as well as a cancellation fee of $20.00. - Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation are non-refundable. - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded after assessing a $20 processing fee. - We can only guarantee a site type, not site numbers. Your assigned site is subject to change if you modify the dates of your reservation. - No refunds for early departures. - We do not allow tents on the same site as an RV, with the exception of a few sites. This must be pre-arranged when making your reservation. - For stays over 20 nights, one must call the park to cancel - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
