- Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced due to other guests bookings.
- Early Check-in and Late Check-outs may be available with approval and may require an additional fee.
- Must be pre-approved by property management.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Payments
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure reservation.
- Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.
- Taxes: All applicable taxes will be charged and included in the renter’s total bill.
Amenities
- Please note that not all amenities are open year-round.
- Please visit the Explore page of our website for seasonal information.
Damages
- The card on file at the time of booking will be held for damages.
- All rentals and sites should be left clean and undamaged.
- Guests will be subject to a minimum $100 fee if rentals are not left in suitable condition (to be assessed at checkout inspection).
- Ways to avoid charges for damages:
- All debris, and rubbish inside and outside of the RV or Cabin is discarded and placed in garbage cans.
- All dishes in cabins are washed and put away prior to departure.
- No cabin linens are lost or damaged.
- No early check-ins or late check-outs were made (unless pre-approved by management).
- The guest is not evicted by the Management (or representative of the Owner), including but not limited to local law enforcement.
- There has been NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the Cabin or common buildings/areas.
- If we find any evidence of smoking inside a cabin, the Responsible Party will be charged $200 (two hundred dollars) minimum.
Smoking & Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the cabins, pools, or other buildings.
- Smokers, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- We are an environmental conscience park and tossing cigarette butts on the ground or in the fire pits is unacceptable.
- All cabins, the bathhouse/laundry, and the office/store are SMOKE-FREE buildings.
- By booking your cabin you agree to pay a $100 cleaning fee should evidence of smoke/odor be found in any cabin.
PETS
- Pets are welcome at In The Pines (with some limitations) and must be registered at the front office. (Dogs/Cats only)
- Pets are not allowed in common buildings and spaces.
- All our RV & Tent sites are Dog/Cat friendly, and we allow up to two (2) pets per reservation.
- Our cabins are pet-friendly.
- Limited to (2) pets.
- Pet is applied during booking.
- Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside of an RV or cabin unless they are inside of a dog park fence. (Sorry, dogs only in the dog park)
- Please clean up after your pet. Thank you in advance for your consideration and help in keeping our camp a clean and enjoyable place for everyone.
- Pick up immediately after your pet and throw it away in campsite trash cans.
- Please do not use the bathhouse, laundry, office, or store trash cans.
- A $10.00 fine per incident may be imposed.
- Multiple incidents may result in the guest and pet being asked to leave without refund.
- Dogs may not be left unattended outside and may not be tied to an RV or cabin.
- Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
- Guests must ensure all pets are quiet during quiet hours.
- Pets that are disturbing other campers with excessive barking or aggressive behavior at any time of day, at the sole discretion of management, will be asked to leave without a refund.
- Pets are not allowed in any of the following areas: office, restrooms, showers, laundry, pool, and playground.
- Pet’s vaccination records must be available upon request.
Stay Lengths
- We are a short-term-only property.
- Minimum Stay: Two (2) Nights
- Maximum Stay: Two (2) Weeks
Liability Waiver
- We are not responsible for the loss of any valuables, accidents, injuries, or acts of nature.
Alcohol
- While alcoholic beverages are permitted at your site or in your cabin, public intoxication is not permitted in the campground.
- Underage drinking is also not acceptable.
Guest Ages & Numbers
- No guest under 21 is allowed on property without a parent.
- Cabins are limited to five (5) people per unit.
- RV Sites are limited to six (6) people (one tent per RV Site)
Campfires
- Campfires Allowed Only in Designated Areas.
- Please help us protect our trees and foliage.
- Feel free to gather dead wood already on the ground for your campfire but do not cut, remove, prune, or injure live trees or bushes.
- Do not drag limbs larger than the fire pit into your campsite.
- The North Carolina Forest Service states that ‘raw’ firewood should not be transported to avoid bringing in bugs that are not native to our area.
- Buy it in the area you plan to burn it.
- Only heat-treated firewood can be transported.
- All campfires must be contained to the designated fire pits.
- Please do not burn trash, use the provided trash cans.
- Do not move the fire pits.
- All fires should be supervised.
- Do not leave fires unattended; be sure they are extinguished before leaving.
Speed Limit
- For the safety of our guests, children, and pets, please keep to the posted speed limit of five (5) mph.
Golf Carts / ATVs
- Golf Carts are Permitted but not ATVs.
- Must also adhere to five (5) mph speed limit.
Profanity / Violence
- Profanity, abusive language, or physical violence are not permitted in our campground.
Fireworks / Firearms
- No fireworks, firearms, or explosives are permitted in the campground.Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
