Check-In Procedure
- Check-in is 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Arrival times are 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
- If arriving later than 8:00 PM, please call to make arrangements.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Pet Policy
- Hillco Hub is pet friendly!
- Please keep dogs on leash in common areas.
Damages
- I understand the Rental Unit has been inventoried, and I agree I will be charged for any missing items or damages.
Children Policy
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Credit Card Security
- Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
Change Policy
- No service charges are applied for changes to this reservation outside of the 10-day cancellation period.
Initial Deposit
- An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked.
Scheduled Deposit
- 10 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected.
- If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount.
- 0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected.
- If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount.
Payment Policy
- A payment of 100% of the reservation fee is required at the time of booking.
- Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card.
- By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing ResNexus.com to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.

- I acknowledge that I am fully aware that the activities associated with Hillco Hub at 4600 FM 2325, Wimberley, Texas 78676, entail certain inherent risks, including damage to property, personal injury, and even death.
- In consideration for being permitted to Recreate / Camp/ Stay & participate in any activity on the property, I agree to assume all such risks and hereby release and discharge Hillco Hub, its officers, sponsors, trustees, employees, agents, and other aids and/or volunteers from any and all liability for any and all damage, loss, injury, or death of every kind and nature whatsoever which in any way arises out of my participation in this activity.

If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
