Check-in Procedure
- Check-in at 3:00 PM. Check out at 11:00 AM
- All campers must check in at the front office upon arrival.
- Early check-in must be approved by the office and is based on the availability of the site and subject to a $25 early check-in fee.
- Late check-out must be approved by the office the day before scheduled departure and will be based on the availability of the site and subject to a $25 late check-out fee.
- Please contact the office if you plan to arrive after normal business hours to receive our late check-in policy.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet Hours Policy
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
- Please be courteous to other guests during all hours of the day.
Reservation Policy
- Hideaway RV Resort requires a deposit on all advanced reservations.
- The RV deposit is equivalent to a one-night site fee on daily and weekly reservations and a 50% deposit on all monthly reservations.
- Reservations will not be held without a deposit.
- Cottage deposit is 50% of the total site fee.
- We do not offer refunds for weather conditions (unless we are under mandatory evacuation), voluntary departures, acts of nature, or evictions.
- Requests for specific sites are not guaranteed.
- No-show policy is as follows: any guest that has not shown up within 24 hours of their check-in time will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their deposit.
Campsite Policy
- All campsites include 20/30/50 amp electric, water, sewer, cable, and Wi-Fi.
- All campsites have a concrete pad, picnic table, and fire ring.
- There is one camping unit and vehicle per site.
- Campsites and camping units must be regularly maintained in order to present a clean and pleasing appearance.
- The following items are prohibited from being placed on the grass areas of sites: No Carpets/Rugs/Mats, inflatable pools, or any other items that may cause damage to the landscaping.
- No charcoal grills allowed on on-site picnic tables.
- No washing of RVs. We do have recommended vendors for washing your RV, please check with the front office.
Occupancy Policy
- All site fees include 2 adults, 2 children, 1 pet and 1 vehicle other than your camping unit.
- The maximum number of people allowed on an RV site is six (6).
- There are additional fees for any additional adults, children, and vehicles.
- Please register all people, pets, and vehicles on arrival.
Guests and Visitors Policy
- Campers are responsible for their guests or visitors.
- All additional guests or visitors must be registered with the front office and pay an additional $8 per person and $5 per additional vehicle per day.
- Any additional vehicles must be parked in the designated overflow lot.
- All visitors must vacate the property by 10:00 PM.
Vehicles Policy
- Your site fee includes one (1) vehicle other than your camping unit.
- Any additional vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., must be registered with the front office.
- There is an additional $5 per day for extra vehicles, boats, trailers, etc.
- Additional vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., must be parked in the designated overflow lot with a tag.
- There is only one vehicle per site allowed for the safety of our guests.
- The speed limit throughout the resort is 6 miles per hour.
Pets Policy
- Pets must be on a leash at all times unless contained in your camping unit, within an approved fence on your site, or in the dog park.
- Do not leave your pet outside unattended at your site.
- Please pick up all pet waste. All pets must be registered on your reservation.
- One (1) pet is included in the site fee. Each additional pet is $7 per day per additional pet.
- All pets must be up to date on vaccines and shots.
- Guests must provide proof of vaccination at check-in.
Trash Policy
- Trash pick-up is at 10:00 AM each morning.
- Place your trash at the front of your site for pick-up.
- Please do not leave trash out overnight.
- There is a trash dumpster and recycle dumpster located toward the back of the resort near our maintenance building.
Golf Carts Policy
- South Carolina law requires all motor vehicles, including golf carts be operated by a licensed driver.
- Golf carts must be registered with the front office, and proof of insurance must be presented at check-in.
- We do not allow golf carts from outside rental companies.
Campfires Policy
- Campfires must be attended at all times and be contained in the fire ring provided on site.
- Do not relocate fire rings.
- Please do not put trash, bottles, cans, plastic, or cigarette butts in the fire rings. Cancellation Policy
STRICT
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
