Check In: - Check-In: 1pm - Flexible - Check-Out: 11 am - Minimum one-night rate deposit required. - No refunds once checked in or for inclement weather. - One week's notice is required for cancellations. - One night stay minimum will be charged for cancellations inside these requirements. - Rates are subject to change without notice or for special events. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site Selection Fee Policy: - Site selection fee is non-refundable after the reservation is made. Campground: - Pets must be leashed and waste properly disposed of. Shower Area: - Please take all personal items with you. We cannot be responsible for lost items. - Do not leave dirty towels, soaps, shampoos, or other items in the showers. - Do not bring in any pets. - Please do not remove toilet paper from this room. - Dispose of trash in the provided trashcans. - Please help keep our drains open and clean by cleaning off grass and dirt from your feet into the trashcans before entering the showers. Jacuzzi Suite: - Water MUST be above the jets before they are turned on - No bath oils or bubble bath - Failure to follow these rules will result in repair charges

Cancellation Policy

Notice: - Minimum one-night rate deposit required. - No refunds once checked in or for inclement weather. - Five days notice is required for cancellations with a $5.00 charge. - Two weeks' notice is required for cancellations on holidays or special events. - One night stay minimum will be charged for cancellations inside these requirements. - Rates are subject to change without notice or for special events. Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 30 days before check-in. 50% percent refund 14 days prior, then 13 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable. Site Selection Fee Policy - The site selection fee is non-refundable after the reservation is made.
