Check-In Procedure

- We do not guarantee the same site if you choose to extend.
- Check with management for possible extensions.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Arrival Policy
- Upon arrival, please check with the office as sites may change.
- A map will be posted on the door if the office is closed.
- Our standard fees are based on two guests – adults or children over the age of 12.
- Rates may vary on weekends or holidays and are subject to change without notice.
- Prepayment is required at the time reservation is made.
Parking/Vehicles Policy
- There is one (1) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV.
- Overflow parking may be available for an additional fee.
- Please inquire at the office.
- Vehicles may not protrude from the RV site into the traffic flow or be parked on concrete pads or shared yards.
- Parking is allowed in designated parking areas.
- Parking in vacant RV sites will result in being charged the daily rate and/or the vehicle being towed.
- No parking in front of the office.
- This area must remain open for RVs/vehicles entering/exiting/registering.
- Please watch for children playing in the area.
- You may purchase a wash permit for your RV from the office.
- Washing of other vehicles is not permitted.
- A mobile RV service may perform minor repairs to your RV.
- Major repairs and repairs to vehicles other than your RV are not allowed within the park.
Speed Limit
- Speed limit in the RV Park is 5 mph.
Rig & Site Appearance Policy
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on its appearance and/or condition.
- Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection.
- Park accepts no responsibility if you choose not to use one.
- It is mandatory that your sewer/gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping.
- You must also use an accordion sewer line support to prevent the line from laying on the ground and facilitate the flow of sewage.
- Tank is to be kept closed unless dumped.
- To keep our sewer lines working properly, DO NOT FLUSH paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, sanitary wipes, “flushable wipes”, feminine products, condoms, food, grease, etc.
- Small personal charcoal or gas grills and raised & covered fire pits are allowed.
- Outdoor items should be neat and orderly.
- No clotheslines are permitted.
- Falcon’s Landing RV Park has implemented a 15-year age restriction policy on all RVs. (Existing guests may be grandfathered at owner’s approval).
Trash Policy
- Your site must be litter free.
- Please put all cigarette butts in proper containers and make sure they are completely out before dumping them in dumpsters.
- Dumpsters are for household trash only.
- Trash should be deposited in the receptacles in the Park.
- There are three dumpsters, if one is full, take the trash to another.
- Do not overfill or put trash on the ground.
Pet Rules
- We welcome all well-behaved, domesticated pets.
- Falcon’s Landing RV Park reserves the right to refuse any animal entry into the Park.
- There is a 2-pet limit and dogs are each charged a daily or weekly pet fee.
- When outside the RV, all animals must be in the control of the guest and must be kept on no longer than a 6’ leash at all times.
- Animals may NOT be tied up, caged, or fenced outside the RV without supervision at any time.
- Please clean up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste properly.
- Please do not bring pets into the buildings.
Pond Rules
- Fishing is only catching and releasing!
- No swimming/wading allowed.
- Children are to be supervised at all times.
- Stay off the ice in winter.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
Prohibited
- Discharging or displaying firearms, paintballs, B-B, pellets, air guns, slingshots, or any other type of weapon is prohibited.
- Drones are prohibited.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
Fire Policy
- Wood burning fires are allowed only in a raised, covered firepit and not on the ground.
- Please check the office for potential fire bans.
Smoking Policy
- No smoking in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or offices.
Water Conservation Policy
- For the good of the environment, we are on a year-round water conservation program, do not waste water at any time.
- You may water decorative plants but do not water lawns.
- Leaving water dripping or running during cold temperatures is strictly prohibited.
- RVs are different from sticks-and-bricks buildings.
- Running water in an RV does not prevent pipe freezing, it only wastes water.
Behavior and Damages Policy
- Guests will be held liable for any damage to buildings, grounds, lots, or water/electric meters if the damage is due to their/their visitor’s/children’s negligence.
- Obnoxious or offensive activity, excessive noise, abusive language, interference with other guests, disturbing the peace, and willful or careless destruction of property in any manner will be cause for termination.
Campground Disclaimer
- Falcon’s Landing RV Park, owners, agents, and management are not responsible for injury, loss, or claims for any damages to guests, children, pets, or property from fire, electricity, water, wind, weather, theft, accidents, or any other cause.
- If law enforcement authorities are called to your site for any reason, you may be required to vacate the park immediately.
- Falcon’s Landing RV Park reserves the right to change the rules and rates without notice.Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
