Welcome to Dwell Seaview RV Park on the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington State, perfectly positioned between Ilwaco, Long Beach, and Cape Disappointment. Here, you'll find a delightful spot for your vacation, featuring thirteen newly set-up RV spaces. Each spot is equipped with 50 amp hookups, water, sewer, and electricity, tailored to accommodate RVs of all sizes. Ranging from 35 to 70 feet, our sites are flat and easy to access, ensuring a hassle-free stay. But that's not all – Dwell Seaview also boasts three fully equipped cottages, including the cozy Cozy Cottage and Becks Bunkhouse. These spots are ideal for groups of 2-6, offering a homey vibe for winding down after a day of exploring the Peninsula. Our park's location is just the cherry on top. Situated about a mile from Long Beach, Port of Ilwaco, and Cape Disappointment State Park, it's the perfect jumping-off point for all sorts of adventures in the area. Long Beach, Washington, is a gem with its stunning coast and array of attractions, promising a stay that's as fun-filled or relaxed as you want it to be, whether you're here for a day or month.

this is a small park with a few cabins. I was met, greeted, and shown my spot. All sites are back-in however witht guiding help from my host I did my best ever at backing in. And I've used his advice to do a better job of backing in since I left. It's quiet, feels safe, and was handy to everything I wanted ...Show more

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 12:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Quiet Hours - From 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Tables Policy - Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite. RV Guests Policy - Pets allowed. - Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on campsites. A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs. Vehicles Policy - Campground staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite. - All vehicles must display a valid Campground parking permit. - A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at the owner's expense. - Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). - The speed limit is 10 MPH. Visitors Policy - Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite. - Day or night visitors must register at the Campground Office and purchase a Campground parking permit. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. - Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway. Laundry Policy - The laundry room is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Memorial Day-Labor Day). - Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at the campsite. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome. - Pets must weigh under 40 pounds. - All pets must be registered with the Campground Office. - Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. - Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences. - Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. Restrooms and Showers Policy - Three facilities are available. - Due to Board of Health Regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms. - A sink for washing dishes is available behind the east restroom. Non-Fire Campground Policy - Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. See Park Map for hot coal disposal dumpsters. - Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. - Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property. Garbage Policy - Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the Campground. - Complimentary garbage bags may be obtained at the Campground Store. After-Hours Assistance/Security - Please see the blue courtesy phone next to the Campground Store entrance.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
