Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-In 12 pm (noon) - Flexible. - Check-Out 11am. - Upon arrival, please proceed directly to your assigned site. - You can find the gate code in your confirmation email. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet time - Quiet time 10 p.m. / 7 a.m. - Please be considerate of others. Reservations - Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site. Speed Limit - Please observe a speed limit of no more than 10 mph. Children Policy - Children must be supervised at all times. - Parents are responsible for any damages caused by children. Pet Policy - Please maintain control of your pets. - The limit is for only three pets allowed on leash. - Owners must clean up after their pets. - Do not leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent. - If outside, pets must be on a leash with the owner at all times. - These rules are for health reasons as well as respect for others. - NO AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK. Sewer - Do not park past the electric pedestals. - A positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. - Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut. - This is a septic system. - DO NOT throw diapers, all types of wipes, paper towels, feminine items, food, or any non-organic items in the toilets. Trash - The dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. - All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. - DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. - Additionally, no tires, batteries, wood, furniture, or work trash can be disposed of in onsite dumpster. - NO OPEN FLAMES OR FIREARMS ALLOWED. - NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED. Parking - Two vehicles per RV space, if your space is large enough. - Please, park parallel to your RV out of the main drives. - No mechanical work, oil changes, or repairs allowed without approval from management. - Utility trailers, boats, or extra vehicles will need special approval from management. Extended Stays & Site Maintenance - Long-term guests must keep lots clean and clutter-free (no excessive outside storage, broken items, or debris). - Cleanliness of the park is important to us. - Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. - Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however; keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. - CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT ALLOWED. - ELECTRIC SPACE HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. - NO CHEATER BOXES OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. - Crossroads RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on RV’s. Mail & Package Deliveries - Mail and package deliveries are not the responsibility of the park. Generators - Generators are not permitted unless there is a power outage. Conduct - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. - These are examples of immediate eviction without a refund. - No tampering or modifying the water, sewer or electrical connections. Liability - Any and all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. - NOTE: THE AREA BELOW THE PARK IS OFF LIMITS. - The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. - The registered guest is financially responsible for all visitors or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park. Refunds & Evictions - No refunds for early departures, evictions or rule violations. - Management has the right to refuse service to anyone. - These rules are for health, cleanliness, legality and welfare of all. Cancellation Policy

Crossroads RV Park Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
