Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 1 pm for RV and tent sites.
- Check-in time for all rentals is 3 pm.
- Check-out time is 11 am for sites and rentals.
- A late check-out may be available by request.
- Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet outlining all of the resort policies.
- Please be familiar with these once here and reach out to our team with any questions.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am (exceptions are planned recreation events).
- Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
- No loud motorcycles, 3 or 4-wheelers, or golf carts are permitted.
Deposit
- All rental unit reservations require a 1 day non-refundable deposit.
- All rental units require a damage deposit, a valid credit card, or $100 cash.
Holiday Reservation
- All holiday reservations are a 3-day minimum – prepaid.
Hours of Operation
- Store and Snack Bar are posted at the buildings.
Gym and Billiards
- Age 18+ obtain a key at the office check-in/store.
Speed Limit
- The speed limit within the Resort is 5 mph.
Vehicle Policy
- For the safety of all this rule is strictly enforced.
- No sleeping in personal vehicles, or anywhere outside of your RV.
- Vehicles in a state of disrepair will not be allowed to remain on the property.
- One habitable and two non-habitable vehicles are allowed per campsite and must be parked completely on the pad within the site.
- Please do not park on the grass, gravel, mulch, along the roadways, or in vacant sites.
- ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes or similar motorized vehicles are not allowed on the property.
- No repairs or maintenance may be done on the Company’s property, except by approved Company mobile services.
- All vehicles must always have current insurance in place, including personally owned golf carts.
- Anyone operating any motorized vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.
- RV washing is permitted for a fee of $25 per RV including the use of mobile services.
- Fees must be paid at the Front Desk and a wash pass must be displayed prior to washing.
- Please use a water-restricting valve and auto shutoff nozzle.
- Drive only on the roadways and never through an empty site.
- All vehicular noise is to be kept to a minimum.
- RV’s, boats, trailers, etc. may not be parked at the accommodation.
- Please inquire with the Front Desk for alternate parking areas, subject to an additional fee.
Parking Policy
- All sites allow for one (1) passenger vehicle.
- Each additional passenger vehicle is subject to an additional fee of $10 per vehicle, per day.
Boats and Trailers
- Please contact the resort at the time of reservation if you would like to bring a boat or other large vehicle.
- Large vehicles are only accepted on a space available basis and will be placed in an overflow parking area subject to an additional fee of $10 per large vehicle, per day.
Site Condition
- Please keep your campsite tidy and debris-free, including oil and mud.
- Only outdoor or patio furniture and items intended for outside use are allowed outside the RV and must be kept to a minimum.
- Indoor furniture such as couches, recliners, and end tables are not permitted outside the RV.
- Clutter and eyesores such as garbage, boxes, tools, wood, empty flowerpots, etc. are not permitted.
- Windows must be covered with standard window treatments.
- No aluminum foil, flags, blankets, or similar items.
- Flags of current nations, states, provinces, sports teams, military, and college affiliations are permitted.
- No other flags are permitted including political parties, confederate flags, or flags containing profanity.
- The following are not allowed on sites (including under the RV):
- Concrete blocks to form structures or brace awnings.
- Tarps are not permitted.
- Clotheslines or hanging of laundry.
- Appliances outside the RV, including hot tubs.
- Air conditioners not designed for RV use (i.e. window units or evaporative coolers).
- No Boats, Cargo, or other trailers are permitted on site unless approved by management.
- Operating a business from your site, not including ‘work from home’ telecommuting.
Pet Policy
- Non-aggressive pets are welcome and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.
- There is a maximum of 3 pets per campsite and 2 pets per pet-friendly Cabin.
- Pet fees apply for pets in pet-friendly Cabins.
- Pets must always be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash while within the property.
- Pet kennels, pens, fencing, corrals, crates, etc. are not permitted.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended.
- Guests are responsible for “cleaning up” after their pets.
- All pet waste must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle.
- Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations.
- Pets are prohibited in ALL Resort buildings, including restrooms.
- Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed.
- Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities.
- The Company is not responsible for and will hold accountable the pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
- In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.
Security
- Video cameras are in use in common areas of the property.
- These devices, or lack thereof, are not a guarantee of personal safety or protection of personal property and are not a guarantee against criminal activity.
- Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
- Please be sure to keep your valuables and bikes locked when not in use.
Children Policy
- Parents are responsible for their children’s and visitor’s behavior and compliance with Park rules.
- Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult while on park premises.
Behavior
- Please be courteous to other guests around you and do not walk through other campsites.
Code of Conduct
- Profanity, violence, or inconsideration towards other guests and/or Resort personnel will not be tolerated.
- Please leave the Resort facilities as you would like to find them.
Cleanliness
- Please clean up after using Resort facilities such as rinsing the shower, sink, etc.
Own Business
- No soliciting of business is allowed on company property unless specifically permitted such as a Resort-sponsored event.
- Signs for the sale of products, services, and RVs are not allowed.
Smoking Policy
- No smoking, including vaping, in any Resort buildings or outdoor recreational amenities.
- Smokers, please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.
Illegal Drugs
- No possession or use of illegal drugs.
Amenities and Utilities
- Please report any issues with your site to the Office.
- Utility connections are to be made at the assigned site only.
Sewer
- All sewer connections must have an airtight seal as required by State & Federal law.
- All sewer hoses must be elevated and free of leaks.
Electricity
- We recommend the use of a surge protector.
- Plug your RV power cord in firmly with no space between the plug and the chosen receptacle.
- Turn on the appropriate power breaker after the plug has been inserted.
- Excess cord must be coiled neatly on the site pad.
- When departing, turn the power breaker off before disconnecting your plug from the receptacle.
Water
- We recommend the use of a water pressure regulator.
- Excess hose must be coiled neatly on the site pad.
Refuse
- Refuse can be disposed of in the dumpsters located near the restrooms.
- Refuse is limited to normal household trash in tied plastic bags, no large items.
- Please do not leave refuse out overnight or in an open container to avoid wildlife interaction.
Campfires
- Campfires are permitted in the appropriate fire ring.
- Please do not use portable grills on the picnic table without protecting the table from heat and food splatter.
Fishing
- Catch and Release during daylight hours.
- Pools and Splash Pad 10am-dusk – Swim at your own risk, No Lifeguard on duty.
Nature
- Please do not cut, trim, or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the Resort.
- No nails, screws, or bolts in trees.
Emergency and Safety
- If you need to call 911 and time allows, please call the Front Desk so that staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
- If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please call the Front Desk.
- Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
RV Regulations
- RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition, and RVIA certified.
- Each RV is subject to management approval.
- Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions.
- No more than one RV is allowed per site.
Occupancy
- All RV rates include four (4) people per site.
- Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $8 per person, per day.
Cabin Reservation
- Pets: Maximum of (2) well-behaved dogs allowed in accommodations.
- Please alert the resort in advance if you will be traveling with a pet.
- There is a one-time $25 fee per reservation.
- Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates.
Age Requirement
- Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation.
Rates and Payments
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card.
- By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.
Damages and Fees
- If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly.
Campground Disclaimer
- This property is privately owned.
- Management reserves the right to refuse services, ask visitors to vacate, or deny access to anyone under any circumstances it deems necessary.
- There are no refunds if you are asked to leave.
- We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money/valuables of any kind.
- The above rules & regulations were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind.
- Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, we reserve the right to update the Rules and Regulations at our discretion.
- Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all.

Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
