Visitors can enjoy the charm of country living while being centrally located in the Texas triangle, making it an ideal spot for travelers exploring San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. The park provides a peaceful atmosphere, complete with a placid duck pond inhabited by three ducks and bass, creating a picturesque setting for guests to relax and enjoy nature. Accommodations at Cosmic Duck RV Park include back-in and pull-thru RV sites with 30 and 50 amps, suitable for extended stays and family-friendly getaways. The park boasts amenities such as community BBQ/grill, fire pit, picnic tables, and stargazing opportunities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Deer and cranes frequent the park, adding to the natural allure. Rules

Check-In Procedure - Please come to the office to check in, and then we will direct you to your site. Please be prepared to show an ID that matches the name on the reservation. - Check-In:12pm (noon) - 6 pm - Check-Out:11am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Vehicle Restrictions - All RVs must be well-kept and in good condition, road ready, licensed, and have current insurance and registration. - RVs 15 years or older must be approved in advance of booking by Park management. However, we don’t think ‘new’ is always better. if you have a funky or renovated old RV in nice condition, we love that! - Our priority is that the Park community display pride of ownership. Too many ugly ducklings would sour the vibe! Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am CT. Please be considerate of all other guests in the Park. Avoid running generators during quiet hours. Parties are strictly prohibited. General Rules - The speed limit is 5 MPH for all motorized vehicles throughout the Park. - Registration and payment are due prior to arrival at the Park. - Cash is not accepted. Guests can pay by credit card over the phone or during the online booking process. - Same-day reservations are typically not allowed. Call us to discuss any exceptions. - Note that access to the Park is not allowed for anyone without a reservation. - For after-hours check-in with an existing reservation, please pull into your reserved site and check in with the office upon opening at 9 am on the following day. - Sub-leasing is not allowed. - Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed. - RV owners are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their guests. - Cosmic Duck RV Park is not responsible for US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, etc. letters or packages. - Help us preserve trees; please do not cut trees or trim branches for firewood or dig up saplings. - Dumping of any portable camping toilet water is prohibited. Dumping of any camper wastewater, including grey water, other than at the designated dump station is prohibited. Pond Rules - No swimming in the pond! This is strictly prohibited. - Fishing is permitted for “catch and release.” - For the safety of our guests and wildlife, please be careful not to leave any fishing gear in or around the pond or other areas of the Park. Site Responsibilities - Each site has a maximum of five (5) people, one (1) Recreation Vehicle (RV) or camping trailer, and one (1) vehicle. Of the five total people, no more than two (2) can be adults, and no more than four (4) can be children. - All empty RV sites are subject to rental; please do not allow awnings or any possessions to impede empty RV sites. - All premises must always be kept clean and neat. - No storage sheds, structures, or under-RV storage may be placed within the assigned site or anywhere else in the Park. - No decks, clotheslines, freezers/refrigerators, fencing, barriers, or pallets. - RV sites are not to be altered, expanded, or amenities shared/taken from other areas of the Park. - Picnic tables, chairs, grills, fire pits, or other communal assets of the Park are not to be moved. Campfires & Grills - Campfires are allowed only within the designated communal fire pit. - Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted—or feel free to use one of our communal grills at the park! - Please clean up after yourself when using the park fire pit or grills. No Leaks - To keep the Park safe and clean, all hoses, sewer lines, and engines must be free from leaks. - Texas law mandates the use of a sewer hose seal (threaded connector/rubber donut)—this is mandatory. - If an issue arises with a leak while at the Park, notify onsite Park management and remedy the issue immediately. Children & Visitors - All visitors must check in at the office. - Visitors must comply with all Park Rules & Regulations. - Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children and guests. - Parents are financially responsible for any damages perpetrated by their children or guests. - Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. - Skateboards and in-line skates are not permitted inside the Park. Alcohol, Smoking, Drugs & Firearms - Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles; do not throw them on the ground—this includes your site area. - Smoking is prohibited in any Park building. - Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed. - All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. - Cosmic Duck RV Park or any of its representatives, staff, or owners will not be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence. - Cosmic Duck RV Park has a zero-tolerance policy for any criminal or drug-related activity. - No warning will be given to guests if drug use or other activities are observed. We will contact the authorities if such activity is suspected on Park grounds. Pets & Wildlife - Two (2) pets are allowed per site. - Wildlife/farm animals are not considered pets and are not allowed. Call us to discuss prior to booking if you’d like us to consider an exception. - We offer a designated dog park that all guests are welcome to enjoy. - Dog kennels, pens, and dog runs are not allowed. - All pets (dogs and cats) must be on a leash at all times unless inside the dog park. Pick up your pet’s waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere within the Park property. This is a health issue for everyone and if you do not comply you will be asked to vacate the Park. - Park management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behavior. Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. BEWARE: there are snakes in the area. - Do not feed ducks or other wildlife. Do not leave food out for any animals. Vehicle Rules - Guests must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle in the Park. No parking on roads or thoroughfares within the Park property. Park your vehicle at your assigned site only. - Any vehicle parked in a vacant site without management approval will be charged for the space at the daily rate. The operation of motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes, or any unlicensed motorized vehicle is prohibited on Park property. - The washing of vehicles or RVs is not allowed on the property unless approved in advance by Park management. Behavior & Nuisances - Excessive noise/nuisances created by guests and/or their visitors will not be tolerated. - Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons on Park property. - Obnoxious, profane, abusive, or threatening language, behavior, and/or actions directed at Park personnel or guests, or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties using the Park is prohibited. - Anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the Park immediately without a refund at the sole discretion of Park management.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Campground Cancellation Policy - A reservation is viewed as a “two-way” agreement. We hold the space, which you have reserved, turning away all future requests, in return for payment of your deposit. However, we understand that life happens and plans change. - Reservations are fully refundable until one (1) day prior to the reservation start date; service fees and credit card processing fees are not refundable. - Refunds are not guaranteed for guests asked to vacate the Park for violating Rules & Regulations. - 100% refund until 1 day prior to check-in. 50% percent refund the day of or after. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
