The check in area was interesting 🤨 no access point to the river great dog areas and camp sites were nice

Rules

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the Campground Office. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules: While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Check-in after 1 p.m. on the day of arrival. We take arrivals up until 7 pm. If you are arriving after 7 pm you MUST inform Office when making the reservations. Please keep us updated. Check-Out Check-out on or before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 9 a.m. if staying an extra night, if the site is available. You may need to move to another site. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Recreational vehicles/Bicycles Speed limit is 5 MPH within the Campground. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). Please be aware of pedestrians walking. All vehicles must stay on the asphalt drive. Bicycles should not be taken on any grass areas. This includes the front fire pit area. You may take your vehicle/bike to Your tent site, but we ask that you respect all other campers in the area. It is prohibited to race or speed around The Campground. No riding near the Rest room area. Respect other RV site areas and tenting areas. Tables Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite. There is not a table for each site. They are on a first come basis. RV Guests (Pets allowed) -Visitors must check-in at an office. A $5 fee per car is enforced. A refund is given if only staying under 15 minutes. All visitors must vacate Campground by 8 pm or pay the nightly rate if staying thru the night. -Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on RV/campsites. A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs. -No TENTS are allowed in the RV sites. We provide a tent area within the Campground. All tents are subject to a fee. -Canopies/gazebos are allowed as long as there is no bottom on the grass. There is a limit of how big and how many are allowed per site. Check with the Office. Tent Guests -Tenting will be on a first-come basis. No reservations are taken unless you have a large group. We charge $20 per tent. Children under the age of 16 will be $10 or less depending on age. -If you are visiting the Campground for three or more days, please move your tent one tent length on your third day. Tent sites are not marked, but your area would be a 20’x20’ space. We have tables, but it is always wise to pack tables and chairs. We tend to have too few on busy weekends. -Vehicles (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite) -Visitors (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional persons per campsite) Children -Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway. There is no lifeguard on duty. All children should be accompanied by an adult when near the river. Pets -Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. Restrooms and Showers -Due to Board of Health Regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms. No Fireworks -Fireworks are Prohibited within or near The CDA River RV, Riverfront Campground. There are fireworks displays in neighboring towns. Non-Fire Campground -Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. See Park Office for hot coal disposal. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Only propane fire pits are allowed in the RV sites. There IS NOT a fire pit for every tent site. Fires should only be in the provided fire pits. Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property. Garbage -Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located at the entrance of the Campground. Complimentary garbage bags may be obtained at the Campground Office. Only bagged garbage is allowed in our dumpsters. All other items such as broken chairs, TVs, broken appliances, large boxes, or containers should be taken with you when you leave. After-Hours Assistance/Security -Please call our office phone when needing assistance after hours. Trees -Trees and the shade they provide are an integral part of an enjoyable Campground experience. However, healthy and well-maintained trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris, such as leaves and branches, especially during windy and/or extreme weather conditions. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for any property damage, injury, or other circumstances that may result. Please take this into consideration when parking in RV Park & Campground and while enjoying Park. -Park management is not responsible for loss, damages, or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Having in possession weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. while outside a personal camping vehicle is not permitted on the property. RV Park & Campground closes certain sites and areas of the Campground for landscaping and maintenance throughout the season.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in incur a $30 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded. - Cancellations made 7 to 30 days before check-in incur a $50 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
