Check-in Procedure
- Check-in time is anytime after 12 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- If you will be arriving outside of our office hours, please contact the office and arrange for an after-hours arrival.
- Unless you have paid the site lock fee at the time of reservation, your spot is subject to change.
- Please let us know as soon as you can if your stay will be extended so that we may make every effort to accommodate you.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

- Familiarize yourself with our reservation processes, campground rules, and other important details to make the most of your visit.
Trash
- Please keep your campsite clean.
- Put trash into plastic bags and place them in the dumpster located in the northeast corner of the park.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Sewer Hookup
- Sealed sewer connections are required!
Campsite Courtesy
- Please do not put nails, clotheslines, gas lanterns, or any kind of chop marks on the trees in the park.
Pool
- There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool.
- Swim at your own risk and obey the posted pool rules!
- Any children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool.
- In addition, Parents are responsible for their children's safety while at the park - minor children should not be unaccompanied anywhere on the grounds!
Smoking
- Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.
- No smoking is allowed in the pool area, conference room, laundry room, and bathrooms.
Vehicles
- Washing vehicles is prohibited.
Firearms and Fireworks
- Firearms and fireworks are not permitted on the property.
Pets
- Our Campgrounds are pet-friendly and welcome our guests who enjoy traveling and sharing their camping experience with the family dog and/or cat. However, to ensure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy: Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome.
- If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave them at home.
- If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, the manager of the campground will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.
- All pets are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times.
- A six-foot (6’) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s camping trailer, vehicle, cabin, or motor home.
- No pet should be left tied up and unattended outside the owner’s camping equipment.
- Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets while on property.
- Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet’s barking behavior.
- Pet rules unique to the location will be addressed at the time of reservation or registration to include the maximum number of pets allowed.
- We encourage all dog owners to call in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situation.
- We have a few Cabins that are pet-friendly.
- Please call in to inquire about availability for you and your pet.
- Service dogs of any breed are welcome.
- However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.
- Pets are allowed on the park grounds but are not allowed in our cabin rentals, office, bathrooms, laundry room, playground, and pool areas.
- You must put your pet on a leash and clean up after them.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended on ropes, chains, or otherwise at your campsite.
- Do not wash your pet's bedding in our washers!
Children
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Children age 12 and under stay free.
Acknowledgment
- Park guests acknowledge and agree that no leasehold interest exists with respect to their campsite regardless of the length of stay.
- In the event of a departure before your scheduled check-out date, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a refund for the remaining nights.
- Payments made at the time of the reservation will not be refunded at check-in to allow for another form of payment.
- Please be considerate of our park and your fellow campers.
- By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and we will immediately remove anyone (without refund) who is found to be violating the park rules, or who is creating a disturbance of any kind.
- In addition, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, you release us and our employees from all liability for loss or damage to your property and injury to your person, which arises out of your use of the campground and its facilities; you also agree to indemnify (to the fullest extent allowed by law) us and our employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to person of any member of your family or your guests of which arises out of the use of the campground and its facilities.
Flags
- Our park provides a safe and welcoming environment for all of its guests and employees.
- Symbols that are intended to - or have the effect of - harassing, demeaning, intimidating, or disparaging any legally protected minority run counter to that goal and are in conflict with the values of our organization.
- Flags and signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, or political candidates, or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the campground/resort.
- Therefore, we reserve the right to ban the display of the Confederate battle flag symbol by any staff, campers, or any other members of the public and prohibit the sale of the Confederate flag symbol on all properties either owned, operated, or managed by Heartland Parks
- Guests or members of the public found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to remove or cover the Confederate battle flag symbol. If they fail to do so, they will be asked to vacate the property.Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
