Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 1 p.m. - Check-out is 11 a.m. - If you plan to stay longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of staying on the same site. - Refunds/Vouchers/Credits will not be issued for early departures. - No exceptions. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation - We encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible, as rates, availability, and campsite selection may be limited based on seasonality. Prohibited Act and Items - Sorry, no tent/primitive camping allowed. - No charging of Electric Vehicles (EVs) on the campsite! - No tent camping and no sleeping in a non-RVIA-certified vehicle (i.e., cars, vans, etc.). - No open carry of firearms. - No parking on the grass or empty sites. - No loud music from your site or vehicle. - No drunken or disorderly conduct. - No gas-powered carts, 4-wheelers, or other off-road vehicles. Deposits and Payments - 50% of the entire booked stay is due at reservation confirmation. - The entire stay is due 14 days prior to check-in. - Weekly and monthly guests must pay in full prior to check-in. - When using any credit towards a reservation, you will be responsible for paying any difference due to rate change. - Camping is an outdoor experience, so NO refunds or vouchers will be provided due to the discomfort of nature. - No refunds or credits will be made for early departures. - Holidays require a 3-day minimum stay. - Rates are subject to change at any time. Quiet Time - 10 pm – 8 am. - Please be considerate of others. - Quiet time is strictly enforced by on-site security/management. Speed Limit - Please maintain a speed of 5 mph or less throughout the property. Sewer - Your sewer hose must be fastened at both ends using a donut. Children Policy - Children under age 16 should ALWAYS be under PARENT/GUARDIAN supervision. - Child should never be left unattended to ensure their safety and welfare. - You are solely responsible and liable for their behavior. Visitors - Guests are welcome to visit their site and will be responsible for all their visitors’ actions. - All visitors must register at the RV Resort office upon arrival, pay a small fee, and exit the RV Resort by 10 pm, or additional fees will be applied to your guest account. Campsite Cleanliness - Sites must be clean and uncluttered as management has determined. - No excessive yard decorations, fencing of any kind, and storing of personal items under or around your RV must be kept at a minimum. - No inoperative vehicles allowed, and no repair work can be performed on-site, including oil changes. - No refrigerators or freezers outside your RV. - No window AC units. - No porches, permanent structures, separate canopy tents, hot tubs, or storage buildings of any kind are permitted. - RVs must be clean and well maintained. No tarps, broken windows, or anything else deemed unsightly by management. Pop-up canopies allowed. Recreational Vehicle - All RVs must be in workable condition and/or have an accompanying tow vehicle. - No exceptions per county ordinance. - Inoperable, immobile, or broken-down RVs and/or vehicles will be towed and removed at the owner’s expense. Trash Policy - All trash must be bagged, tied, and left at the end of your campsite for pickup. - Pickup times 10 am – 4 pm. - Please put all trash in the appropriate receptacle. - Placing trash outside the receptacle may result in fines. - Household bagged trash only. - No dumping of appliances, mattresses, batteries, hazardous materials (including motor oil), or other large items. Bicycles - For your safety, please do not ride bicycles on walkways or in the RV Resort after dark. - Always wear a helmet. Golf Carts - Electric carts are permitted in the park but must be declared at check-in, and an insurance binder must be provided. - Must have a valid driver’s license, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. - Must obey all traffic regulations. Lounging Pool - The lounging pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the lounging pool. - Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. - No large inflatables are allowed. No pets and/or glass is allowed in the lounging pool area per state law. - Swim diapers are required for ages 3 and under or anyone not potty trained. Conduct - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene/offensive language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated on the property. Ejection - These RV Resort rules were created with the health, cleanliness, legality, and welfare of all guests in mind. - Any violations of the Blue Ridge RV Resort rules are grounds for dismissal from the property. Pet Policy - Well-behaved and vaccinated pets are welcome but must be on a leash when outside your vehicle or attended in the designated fenced off-leash pet area. - No retractable leashes allowed. - Always clean up after your pets. - Do not leave pets tethered or in a pen outside when you are absent. - Owners are responsible for their pet(s) and their actions. - We are glad that you are able to bring your pet with you on your trip! - We hope that you have a pleasant stay with us. - However, not everyone has a pet or cares to be around others’ pets. - For these reasons, we ask you to observe the above reference rules and observe the following conditions: - I have read, understand, agree: - Not to take my pet(s) in any buildings/areas other than those specified as “pet friendly”. - Not to leave my pet(s) outside unattended. - To pick up after my pet(s) and properly dispose of my pet’s waste. - I will not leave it or bury it. - To keep my pet(s) on a leash at all times, including while within my campsite. - To keep my pet(s) from being a nuisance or hazard to others - I declare that my pet(s) has never shown a vicious nature and has never bitten anyone. - As a guest, I do hereby register my pet(s) as being under my care and take full responsibility for their actions. Restrooms and Laundry - Please leave the laundry room as you found it. - Do not leave laundry unattended. - You are responsible for your own property. - The RV Resort and its team are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. - If laundry machines need attention, please notify the onsite staff/manager. Cleaning of Vehicles - Washing vehicles in the RV Resort is strictly prohibited. - However, keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. - If you would like to wash your vehicle, check with the office staff, and we can recommend a local vehicle wash. Insurance - All Recreational Vehicles (RVs) should be equipped with a surge protector due to safety and insurance requirements. Internet - Wi-Fi is offered free of charge with your reservation. - If you experience problems with your connection, please let the onsite staff/management know. - Login credentials will be provided to you at check-in. - However, we do not guarantee its availability or security at any time. - Wi-Fi, by its nature, is a shared and unsecured connection. - Other users may be able to access your information. Firewood - In compliance with the USDA & Georgia Forestry Commission, bringing firewood into the park from out of state is prohibited due to the devastation of transporting destructive foreign pests. Hazardous Equipment - Use of any open flame device besides grills in public areas, toxic chemicals, and/or any other hazardous equipment or supplies in the RV Resort is prohibited. Fire Policy - No fireworks are allowed. - Fires, in general, are permitted unless prohibited by local ordinance when fire danger is present. - When lighting a fire, please extinguish the fire completely before going to bed or leaving the area. Parking Policy - A maximum of 1 RV and 2 vehicles are allowed per campsite. - Due to limited space, boat/trailer parking is only available upon request. Swimming Policy - Swimming on the property is at your own risk. We do not have lifeguards on duty. Alcohol Policy - Alcohol consumption is permitted for all campers/guests over the legal age of 21 years on your site only. - When consuming alcohol on the RV Resort property, you are liable for your own safety and the safety of others. - Do not drive on RV Resort property (including golf carts or bicycles) after consuming alcoholic beverages. - You are also liable for any destruction caused by you and/or your party. - Please respect your neighbors and limit noise while consuming alcohol. - No alcohol is permitted in the pool or the clubhouse. - No drunkenness will be tolerated. Respecting Other Campsites - Respect social distancing, and please do not cross over or encroach upon occupied campsites. - After you pack up, check around for trash, move back anything you have relocated. - If anything is broken, be sure to let the staff know. Smoking Policy - No smoking allowed in the clubhouse, laundry facility, and restrooms. - Please dispose of cigarette butts properly (not on the ground). - Use of designated smoking areas is Strictly Enforced! Campground Disclaimer - That is why you are here. - Enjoy our beautiful RV Resort, relax, sightsee, and enjoy your time with us. - Blue Ridge RV Resort assumes no responsibility for injury, accident, damage, or loss of individual property from any cause of nature. - Management will not be responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, or any other loss, whether it may be injury or loss of property. - Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the resort's policies; Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of camping fees. Terms and Conditions - By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue Blue Ridge RV Resort for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guest use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Ridge RV Resort from all losses, claims expenses, and demands, including attorneys fees, that Blue Ridge RV Resort may incur arising out of or in connection with Guest's use of the Rental/Property. - Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. - Blue Ridge RV Resort is privately owned. Guests agree to read and comply with all Rules and Regulations. - Pet owners assume full responsibility for all injuries and/or damage caused by their pets. - Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance or deliberately breaks any of our Rules & Regulations. - Please refer to the back of your site map under Blue Ridge RV Resort Rules and Regulations for a complete list of our rules. - Property and buildings are monitored. - The Guest(s) grants Blue Ridge RV Resort, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. - Customer authorizes Blue Ridge RV Resort, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. - I agree that Blue Ridge RV Resort may use such photographs of me and/or my party with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content, Background Checks will be performed on each 18+- year-old member of the party prior to Extended Stay Agreement execution. - RV Resorts are full of fun and excitement for all! - However, they can also be dangerous. - So, camp at your own risk. Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement - This Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of signature below by and between Blue Ridge RV Resort, located at 2431 Wright Mill Road, Morganton, GA 30560, hereafter referred to as "RV Resort," and the undersigned Guest(s), collectively referred to as "Participant." Acknowledgment of Risk - Participant acknowledges that the activities and use of facilities at Blue Ridge RV Resort, including but not limited to camping, hiking, swimming, and use of recreational facilities, carry inherent risks that can cause serious injury, death, or property damage. - Participant voluntarily agrees to assume all risks associated with these activities, both known and unknown. Waiver and Release - Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Blue Ridge RV Resort, its owners, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by Participant or to any property belonging to Participant, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in RV Resort activities, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted. Indemnification - Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that Releasees may incur due to Participant's participation in RV Resort activities, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise. Personal Responsibility - Participant acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety and that they are physically and mentally capable of participating in RV Resort activities. - Participant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations established by Blue Ridge RV Resort and acknowledges that failure to do so may result in expulsion from the RV Resort without refund. Property Loss - Blue Ridge RV Resort is not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen while on RV Resort premises. Medical Release - In the event of an emergency, Participant authorizes Blue Ridge RV Resort to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for Participant's immediate care and agrees that they will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered. Photographic Release - Participant grants Blue Ridge RV Resort the right to photograph and/or record them in connection with Blue Ridge RV Resort and to use any such photo and/or recording for promotional and/or commercial purposes. Acknowledgment - Participant has read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that they are giving up substantial rights, including their right to sue. - Participant acknowledges that they are signing the agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by their signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
