Choose from glamping cabins with full bathrooms and kitchenettes or a large cabin that sleeps eight, complete with a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Amenities include a bathhouse with private bathrooms, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a camp store stocked with essentials, and even a token-operated ATV wash. Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is at 3 pm. - Check-out is at 11 am. - Arrival time: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM - If you desire an early check-in there is a $10 an hour early check-in fee. - Arrangements must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. - Late checkouts will be charged a late checkout fee. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments - Initial Deposit: At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Children - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Speed Limit - 5 mph inside the campground. - No riding around on the campground (Ride to the trail and back to camp only). Quiet Time - Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. - No illegal, lewd, or aggressive behavior. (We are a family-friendly campground) ATV Washing - No washing ATVs except at the designated ATV wash area. Campfire - Campsite fires are permitted inside designated fire rings only (all fires must be attended). - Firepits are not to be moved from their location (subject to a $50 cleanup fee if moved). Parking - There is a two-car limit per cabin. - Please park in designated parking areas and keep off the grass. - No parking in front of cabins 1-5, as this is reserved for ATV parking only. Pet Policy - Pets must remain on a leash, and guests must clean up after their pets. - No Pets in cabins 1, 2, and 3. Smoking - No Smoking in the cabins (this includes e-cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana). - Smoking in the cabins will result in a $100 fine. - RV site checkout: Before leaving, please pick up your litter (including cigarette butts) and reinstall sewer caps and brass backflow valves from spigots. - Failure to do so will result in us charging you $10 cleanup fees, $10 for sewer caps, and $20 for backflow valves, as applicable. Trash Dumpster - Please be sure to LATCH the dumpster lid when throwing away trash. - The bears will get into the dumpster if you don't. - No Firearms allowed on the campground. - No Night Riding per State Forest rules. Emergency - Emergency Phone and Fire extinguishers are located outside the office. - In case of Emergency call: 911 Liabilities - Management is not responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, accident, theft, or any loss, whether it may be injury or loss of property. - This campground is not affiliated with Pickett State Forest or any governmental agency and is not responsible for the upkeep or access to any of the Tennessee State Forest trails. - For more information on the trails, please consult the Tennessee Dept of Agriculture (TDA) Forestry Division.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations can be made until 30 days prior to the reservation date with a full refund. - If a cancellation is made within 7 to 29 days of your scheduled reservation, you will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations within 7 days of reservation will not receive a refund or credit. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
