Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in 12 pm (noon) - 8 pm. - Check-out 11 am. - Upon check-in, please go to the office. - Late check-in is available with prior notice and estimated arrival time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Liability Insurance - Liability insurance on the RV site is the RV owner's responsibility. Insurance Policies - Insurance policies are the responsibility of the trailer owner and should cover the whole year for protection against damage to trailers during the off-season and when the park is open. Chainsaws - No chainsaws allowed in the park (no cutting down trees). Swimming Area - Boats, Water skiing, etc., are not permitted near the swimming area. - Please remember your children swim here. It's your responsibility to check in with your guests. Children Policy - Children must be accompanied by an adult to the beach. - No Lifeguard in the swimming area. Pet Policy - Owners must clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash while in the park. Cleanliness - Keep your site neat & tidy. - Empty bottles, cases, etc., out of site. - Garbage in clear bags. - Garbage and recycling are located at the exit gate of the park. Recreational Vehicles - Recreational vehicles are left on the property at the owner's own risk. Weapons - Firearms, air guns, slingshots, and fireworks are strictly forbidden in the park. Behavior Rules - Excessive drinking or profane language will not be tolerated. Quiet Time - Please respect everyone around you. - Quiet time at Bear Ridge is 11:00 pm - 8:00 am. Building Policy - Any or all buildings with sheds, decks, railings, shelters, etc., must be approved by Bear Ridge ([email protected]). Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior, the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
