From cozy two-person cabins to spacious family cabins, alongside RV and tent sites, guests can choose their ideal home on wheels. The site is equipped with a range of amenities, including a playground, a volleyball net, and a small general store that features hand-dipped ice cream and other essentials, ensuring a delightful and convenient stay. Boasting a strategic location, the campground is a mere three to four minutes away from downtown Historical Fayetteville, West Virginia. It stands as a gateway to the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, offering quick access to the iconic New River Gorge Bridge, just one mile away. With its proximity to the region's most exciting attractions, visitors can immerse themselves in a variety of outdoor activities and experiences. Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 2:00 P.M. - Check Out 12:00 P.M. Please call the office if an earlier check-in or later check-out is needed. - Come to the office, and we will direct you to your site. - Please call us for late check-ins. We might be able to accommodate you. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rules and Regulations - These rules and regulations are designed to assist in the enjoyment and protection of the campground. If you have any questions or observe a violation of these regulations, please contact campground personnel. Failure to comply with any rule may result in expulsion from the campground. Quite Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Loud radios, televisions, engines, or other activities that unreasonably disturb other park users are prohibited. Alcohol Consumption Policy - The consumption and/or possession of Alcoholic Beverages are allowed in your reserved camping site to persons of legal age. Fire Policy - Build fires only in designated areas. Fire rings cannot be moved. Do not leave burning unattended. All fires must be completely extinguished before leaving. Trash Policy - All garbage and refuse shall be placed in the dumpster located beside the office. Failure to do so, or deliberate littering on land or water, may be subject to prosecution. Other Waste Disposition Policy - All liquid waste, including sewage and gray water, must be collected and disposed of at the dump station if your site is not equipped with a sewer connection. - The discharge of wastewater from any campsite or recreational vehicle onto the ground is against County Ordinance and may result in a penalty of $1,000 per day until the violation is remedied. Pet Policy - All pets must be on a leash or under physical restraint at all times. Pets will not be left unattended. Noisy/aggressive animals must be removed from the park. Owners are required to pick up after pets. No pets in bathhouses. Washing of Vehicles Policy - No washing of vehicles, campers, or boats on site. Fireworks and Firearms Policy - The possession or use of fireworks, explosives, firearms, or other weapons is prohibited. Authorized law enforcement officers may keep their firearms in their vehicles. General Park Rules - No attempt shall be made to destroy, deface, disturb, alter, or remove any facilities, wildlife, or vegetation in any park. - Only campers and their guests are allowed in the campground. No cruising is allowed in campgrounds. - Campers are responsible for the behavior of all campers and visitors associated with the campsite and are responsible for following all rules, regulations, and policies of Bear Mountain. - Camp only at designated sites. Only one camper per site and not more than 2 vehicles. Price for 4 people is $5.00 extra per person after 4. - All vehicles must display a valid campground permit. - Due to underground wiring, digging and/or trenching are not allowed. Use wood, fiberglass, or plastic tent stakes only.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your arrival will be refunded less a $10.00 processing fee. - Cancellations made 7-14 days prior will result in a 50% refund. No refund up to 7 days before check-in. - We will issue rain checks for use within 1 year; please call to make arrangements with the office for this option. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
