Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 1:00 pm or after.
- Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Wifi
- Wifi is Hughes APRV.
- The password is gorving755.
Electricity
- Please be frugal with your electricity.
- If you’re going to be gone for a while, turn it off or at least turn it off on Energy Saver.
- Utility prices are skyrocketing, and we want to keep the park open.
Airconditioner
- If AC/Heat is on, please make sure doors are/stay shut as much as possible.
Tornado Shelter
- A tornado shelter on the south side of the park.
- Another is northeast of Lodge.
Weapons
- All weapons and firearms are to be kept holstered while on the property.
Campsite
- Happy campers only!
- Please keep your site clean and tidy.
- Pick up after yourself, children, family, friends, and pets.
Smoking Policy
- There is no smoking in any park building (cabins, clubhouses, etc.).
- Please remove your debris.
Speed Limit
- The park speed Limit is 10 mph in the park, anytime, anywhere, with no exceptions.
Parking Policy
- If possible, please don’t drive or park on the grass.
- If you have more than 1 vehicle (other than a camper), ask where you should park it.
Trash Policy
- Put all trash in bags and take it to Green Reciprocal.
- Place all trash in the green dumpster toward the park entrance.
Pet Policy
- Your pets are your responsibility.
- Always keep pets on a leash except in the dog park.
- Do not leave pets alone in the dog park or tether them outside.
- No pets in clubhouses, cabins, and other buildings without approval.
- Pet waste containers are available at the office.
- Place them in pet waste buckets in the park.
- Please keep pets on leash when out, except in the dog park.
- Please do not tether your pets outside or leave them alone in the dog park.
- Please pick up after your pets.
- Pets are not allowed in the clubhouses, cabins, and other buildings without permission.
Pond Policy
- The pond is for catch-n-release practice fishing/fun only.
- There is a paddle boat that can be used.
- If you get in it, wear a safety vest.
Hiking
- If you want to take a hike outside the park, ask where to go and what areas are off limits;
Illegal Activities
- Parties, drugs, unruly behavior, loud music, and vulgar speech are not allowed on the premises.
- If police are called out, you will be evicted with no refund.
Fire Policy
- Please keep fires in designated fire rings only and place only burnable items in them.
- Please keep fire in designated rings only and do not throw trash into the fire ring.
Safety
- Always wear a life vest when near the water or in a boat.
Behavior
- Unruly behavior or vulgar speech is not permitted on the premises.
Longterm Stay
- All potential long-term guests must complete an application and a background check.
- RV (camper/travel trailer/5th wheel, etc.) must be approved for long-term stay.
- Speed Limit is 10 mph in the park, anytime, anywhere, no exceptions.
- Maximum 2 vehicles (including RV) per site (additional vehicles can be placed at long-term parking for a nominal fee).
- No porches or exterior structures other than steps allowed.
- Monthly rental fee is to be paid on the first of the month.
- If there is a problem, talk to us.
Cabin Policy
- Please clean up any dishes, utensils, etc., if you’ve made a mess or left it in the sink.
- Do not make the bed.
- Place all used sheets, pillows, and blankets in a pile on the bed.
- Place used towels and wash clothes on the floor near the shower.
- Turn off AC/Heat and lights when you leave unless otherwise advised.
- Leave the key on the counter.
- Do not lock the door, but make sure it shuts and latches.
Terms and Conditions
- Tax will be added to all charges.
- Credit card convenience fees are passed on to customers.
- All cabins require a 2-night minimum.
- The $3.50 reservation fee will be deducted from all reservation refunds.

- The Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behaving in a manner detrimental to the park or its visitors or disobeying the Park rules above.

If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
