Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 12pm (noon) - 6 pm - Check-Out: 11 am - Upon check-in, please proceed directly to your assigned site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. RV Age and Condition Requirements - RVs older than 15 years are only permitted if they are well-maintained and in good condition. - Management reserves the right to deny entry to RVs that do not meet these standards. - Guests may be required to submit photos of their RV prior to their check-in date for approval. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome but must always be on a leash, except when inside the designated pet park. - Please clean up after your pets and respect other guests. Pool Area Rules - Glass bottles and alcohol are not allowed in the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests. - Please keep the pool area clean and follow all posted rules. Substance Restrictions - The use of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited within the park, except inside your RV. - Drinking outside of your RV or in common areas is not allowed. Fire and Electrical Safety - Guests are responsible for any damages caused by fires or electrical overloads in their RVs. - Please follow all fire safety guidelines and ensure your RV is properly maintained. Swimming Safety - Swim at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty, so please exercise caution when in the water. Cancellation Policy

Anytime RV Resort Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
